Work was done. Not as detail as I would like.

The two masons completed all the cracks and secured the two walls, even adding a little mortar in a few places not on the estimate. The work is professional..... You would never know there had been any cracks. Mortar matches perfectly. Reasonable rates. A house is a expensive asset, every one can immediately see a DIY repair (never matches) - Call the professional masons, you'll be glad you did.

They arrived in a timely manner, did what they said they would do and hopefully it is done correctly.

Winston Gutierrez provided an estimate of $880.00 to replace approximately 9 square feet of brick on my garage. He proposed to use new bricks. I went to Acme Brick Company and confirmed that the available bricks would not match the color or texture of the other bricks on my house. I felt like his estimate of $880 was too high for $75 worth of material and 4 hours of labor.

The crew that came did great work. I wish that I had thought of taking the outlet covers off (or that they had said something). There is missing mortar underneath several of those outlets. Rigo was difficult to get ahold of. We played phone tag quite a bit. We finally got ahold of one another, though. I did try to get in touch with JQ when we needed some outside brickwork done (which our contractor will do next week). I put down in my request on Angie's List for them to call my husband, and gave them his cell number. Rigo called me (I guess my number is in JQ's information bank). However, I was not available to talk that week, which is why I asked them to call my husband. I forwarded the information to my husband, who then called Rigo. He never heard back from him. I once again went back to the conversation on Angie's List, and requested they call my husband and once again gave them the number. They never responded. My take-away is that the communication is not good, but, if you can get them out, they do great work!

It didn't... He promised to return my call to make an appointment. He did not. In fact, I called him several times and left voice messages to no avail. At first, all seemed ok. We kept missing each other, leaving voicemails back and forth. Finally, I was able to speak with him. The conversation started well. I explained the work I needed to be done on an outside brick wall. Then, I told him I found him on Angie's List. After that, his tone changed. He didn't seem interested at all, even though I was a potential customer needing a service...strange. This experience has turned me off to Angie's List. Too bad because this site came highly recommended by friends.

This company was amazing! Exceeded all my expectations. Rigo Acosta, who came out to do the estimate was punctual, responsive, fast and professional. He was the one who pointed out the loose wall which I had a friend who is a GC also look at and friend confirmed that it needed reinforcement. They came out to do the work about a week or so after I awarded them the job and did excellent work. I was not home when they were doing the work and was very nervous about how it would look but was so pleased when I got home and saw the results. They matched the mortar color on the 60 year old Mexican brick that is outside our house perfectly - you can't even tell where the cracks are. Even my husband who is very particular agreed that the results are excellent. Highly recommend this company and would use them again!

The house needed to be leveled and they took out the front porch. They had do match the brick due to the age of the house. You cannot even tell that it was done for how well he did it.

Beautiful job. Conscientious, polite workers. It was a small project so scheduling the exact date was a little tricky, but everything worked out better than I imagined. I found this co. in an Angie's List booklet.

I would use them again. The workers were timely and cleaned up the area when they completed the job. The workers took out the old brick and replaced them. Everything went smoothly. The bricks look great.
