Russell accessed the situation and advise my wife that the fixture needed to be replace - 15 years hard water action. Procured a new fixture and found the cut off valves to be near frozen. Recommended replacement . Russell installed the new equipment and cleaned up the area. Russell is a very like able representative of John Moore Services and conducted himself in a very professional manner.d be pleased to have him back for future service work.

Tech finally came out after several months and said get with mangers and get back with me, I have yet heard anything and patience running thin. Next tim it rains will have more problems, The Home is my dads and all calls are to come to me due to his age at 832-597-6262. yall may have called him and he most likely didn't know what yall were talking about. Troy Watts came out and searched for the source of the leak. It did not take him long to determine that it was coming from the toilet in the adjoining bathroom. A price was quoted and I approved the work. There were multiple issues with the toilet mounting and Troy repaired them all without an increase in the quote. He stayed for awhile after the repair was completely done to make sure the leak was repaired. He cleaned up the bathroom thoroughly. I have used John Moore in the past and would recommend them highly. I Especially recommend the technical expertise and great customer service of Troy Watts. Thanks, Tom Wells.

Papal was very knowledgeable with the with the heating system and he educated me so much about pretty much everything about knowing and how to clean things for the AC and the heater system and I greatly appreciate it and I hopefully my wife and I can can talk tonight and decide what we going to do with what he had recommended for us so yes thank you

Gerardo was prompt, courteous, and professional. Of all our bidders, he spent the most time with me, explaining things. Unfortunately all three of his bids were over twice any of the other 5 bids we received. Also, he missed something in the original bid and wanted to come back. I told him not to bother. I think John Moore is a good company, but if this experience is any indication, eventually they will price themselves out of the market.

Excellent. I had leaks along flashing that butted a vertical brick wall. Technician arrived when he said he would; reviewed the issue; gave me two options for repair; I chose one; he did the work. I thought it was a fair price. Prompt, professional, friendly—all just before it rained the next day (4")!

We had an issue with german roaches and roof rats/mice after Hurricane Harvey. In addition to our regular technician, Ed, coming out once a month the pest control service manager, Kyle Jackson, promised to come out himself twice a week until the situation was under control. He came out as promised for about 2 weeks and then once a week (he had excuses like a funeral, etc. for not coming out twice) and then stopped coming all together. Of course, our situation got worse due to negligence on their part and he would not call me back. I left him messages for 3 weeks. When I sent him a text message asking if my account had been turned over to someone else, he fired me as a client by text message still refusing to call me back. We have had a dead rodent in our ceiling for over 3 weeks and the technician supposedly came out last week and didn't remove it. He was also supposed to refill the entire shopping center's bait boxes but when i checked today they were all empty. They also charged my credit card for services I was not financially responsible for when they had no authorization to do so. This company is extremely unethical.

Mr. Fred C was very professional and friendly and answered any questions I had. His work was absolutely fantastic!! He told me what the problem was with both of the sinks, gave me an estimate and explained the options for repairs and payment plans which fit my budget very well; since the sink faucets were the original ones, he explained how putting new faucets on would be a good option since they payment option I chose included a two year warranty on parts and labor and the new faucets are beautiful and a well known, high quality and reliable brand; all shut off valves under both sinks were replaced with high quality parts as well. He had the bathtub draining very quickly once he worked on it. He cleaned up all of the trash and wore shoe protectors during his work. I highly recommend John Moore Services and will be using their services any time I have plumbing problems!!

John Moore sent a gentleman out initially to assess the problem, he happened to be a Supervisor. He was extremely professional and very complete in his assessment of the problem. He recommended that we replace our unit due to its age and condition. Then he worked with us to get the best unit for our house and worked with us on the financing options. Tom Lee was the initial person to come to our house and once we had decided on our plan of action Tom went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible system for our house. Excellent customer service skills and a very nice man. We got lucky !!!!! The installation crew was even better. They were very professional, courteous, and precise in what they were doing. It took some time to complete the job, but not because of the crew; it was due to the fact that they went the extra mile to make sure that the install was done correctly and they had to correct some mistakes that a previous installer made (not John Moore staff). My wife and I would highly recommend any and all John Moore services for your home needs. We have used their Plumbing, Electrical and now their A/C service teams and they are all top-notch. Excellent company and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

This was a huge job, because so much, so many parts had to be replaced, by working in such tight attic work spaces in the heat! The "install crew" was diligent and thorough, and stayed until they were completely done, and all parts were up and functioning. After cleaning up all the de-struction and con-struction debris from the front lawn...…..they left my house at 1:30 am!!! Thank you John Moore, for employing such skilled and diligent people!!! The mobile AC unit for homeowners, is a wonderful benefit, for those persons this crisis strikes during the heat of the year!!! It makes this project do-able.....any time of the year.
