Description of Work: I had t sure John Moore to get my money back and get some return of the damages caused by installing and undersized electical box.

Description of Work: Removed old water heaters(2)and installed new ones. They did a good job and left everything cleaned up afterwards.

Description of Work: Immediately said I needed an entire new AC and said I had a freon leak which we did not. Brought no equipment to even test for leakages. Quoted well over $10,000 for new unit.

Description of Work: Good people. I had them replace a couple of out door faucets. One ran between the exterior wall and the kitchen cabinet. This poor guy played h*** with that and never lost is composure. It that had been me... well... let's not go there!

Description of Work: Unplugged drain line to sewer system and provided some cleaner material for future mitigation.

Description of Work: I called because my AC drain pipe was backed up. I had had this pipe replaced by John Moore a year ago so there was no reason the AC unit should be leaking. I asked that they come out and take a look at it and they told me starting 08/1/2015 you have to pre pay a diagnostic fee of $50 before they could schedule an appointment. Not only is this rubbish, I should not have to pay a diagnostic fee for an outstanding issue/service that I already paid for!!!!

Description of Work: Cleared A/C stoppage. The problem was solved and observed for a time. I was |completely satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: My TV was not working and it the provider said it was an electrical. The company fixed that problem, installed a new breaker box outside (That's the part I found out later that was costly - my sister in Indiana had it done much more cheaply). But they cleaned out some light switches. One man also put in some light bulbs for me as a kindness. (I am 76 and don't like to get on a ladder if I don't have to so I appreciated that very much.) Very pleasant people, very professional and helpful. I don't remember the date or cost of the work - I think the breaker box was over $2,000 but I can't remember how much more.

Description of Work: Came out to give an estimate in fixing electrical wiring in outdoor lamp post. They wanted to replace all wiring and gave no other option. They were WAY high. I ended going with another Electrician that I felt more comfortable with, and he was 1/3rd the price, and added additional equipment such as a whole home surge protector.

Description of Work: They have done several things for us in the past. Most recently we had them replace our big HVAC system. They also replaced our internal plumbing system too. Their service is good and we have been with them for about 5 years. If there is ever a problem they come back to fix that. They have 24/7 call number and they stand behind their work. They are easy to work with.

Description of Work: I bought my first house that promptly flooded from backed up sewer lines. John Moore came out and discovered tree roots and made an appointment to come back out to fix it. Since it began raining as soon as he got there, the guy (feeling sorry for my predicament I'm sure) started checking/fixing minor things around my house such as checking my stove for gas leaks. He was great with my kids who wanted so badly to help dig up the pipes. If I needed John Moore's services again I would request the same people to come out to my house. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Removed and disconnected an electric tankless water heater and replaced it with a net 50 gallon water heater. They had to run new water pipes and electrical line.
