Description of Work: Plumbing leak in my front yard. Called and scheduled them to come out on Friday. Was told I would get a call when they are on the way. No call. I called them at the end of my allowed time slot to see where they were and was told I was rescheduled for the next day because they called me and no one answered. Hmmmm. I never got a call but okay sure. Saturday they're supposed to be arriving between 2 and 6. I call at the beginning of my time slot and am assured that some one will be calling me when they are on their way. Again no call. I call at 5:00 and the person who answered the phone tells me the notes say they "will call me to reschedule". This after I've already been charged the $65 fee for them to come out and just ***** the situation. Super job John Moore.

He was very willing to work with me on pricing for what I want and need. I have used John Moore Services in the past and will continue to do so!

Description of Work: We purchases three central air units from John Moore a few years back when we moved into our existing home. We also bought extended warranties on the units. In early June we had a unit for out upstairs go out. We were told we needed a new coil. First thing, they could not find us listed in their files. Then they told us that we did not have a warranty. My husband provided proof of warranty. We were then told we would have to pay the labor. That was understandable but the labor was 1600.00. Thought it was a little high but went with it. Last week 7/14, the second unit which cools the living areas downstairs went out. We were told it was the motor. Again under warranty. We were told the labor charge would be 1900.00. We paid that. The technician came to our home was here about 2 1/2 hours then said the panel went out. Again under warranty but we must pay another 750.00 labor fee. After calling around to other air conditioning companies, we discovered that this fee was way out of range with standard fees. We got a call today and after complaining about the price, my husband was told we were free to take our business elsewhere. We cancelled the order for the last part and called another company to come make the repair and they quoted a much less expensive labor rate. Every time we called this company for everything , they appeared disorganized and the follow up is very unprofessional. The service technician that came out was repeatedly assigned other work before he had completed our job. We will never use this company again nor would we recommend them to anyone.
