Several issues were identified which have led to further work needing to be carried out. Service price was reasonable but the cost of replacements is more than I thought that it would be.

+ -1 moreThe job was performed well and as expected. The crew was organized, well supervised and focused. The got the job done very quickly and with minimal disruption to property (trench they had to dig was straight to the house from the street, tree roots undamaged etc.)
Description of Work: We had an emergency leak and caused a need to replace the water line between the house and the street. John Moore was prompt to respond to the evaluation call, the service representatives were early to the job and completed their work ahead of schedule. Jose S. was provided an explanation of what they were going to do and stayed in close until it was done.

With the tune up he also showed how to make sure the condensation pipe stayed clog free and he also rinsed down the compressor outside, so it works better. He found an issue with a part in the condensor and replaced the part.

He was clean in his work and picked up after himself, and most importantly, accomplished the task he proposed to solve the issue with my AC system. The plumber that came out his name was Troy and he took his time and talked through everything with me. He gave me several options to choose from and was willing to try to help in anyway. + 3 moreJohn Moore did a lot of projects for me. I was very happy with all by the simple kitchen project described above. I don't blame all of John Moore's team and professionals. It was just this one thing that was not right when it came to the price they wanted me to pay for it. They did make some adjustments to the project cost and sent me a partial refund. But I had to spend a lot of time explaining the issue, going to their corp office and spending my time sending pictures, etc.
Description of Work: I hired John Moore for several projects for my home. I've use their HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control & bathroom remodel services. The one project that was pretty simple was to remove the old, non working trash compactor in my kitchen and just build a cabinet with one shelf. The sales guy was not clear when he quoted me the price of just that task. He added it to the bathroom project which essentially hid the cost of the kitchen project. At the end, I found out they wanted to charge me $2000 for just that simple project. All they did was remove the old compactor, hauled it off, built a non-finished small corner cabinet, used my hardware and put one shelf in.

+ -1 moreThey're professional, punctual, courteous but their pricing is terrible, astronomical. They were very attentive to leaving my home in the condition they found it. They picked up all their refuse and took it with them, which is fine, that is what I expected, but their price is just astronomical. To improve their grade, they need to have more realistic pricing. I've told friends and family not to use them.

Description of Work: They finished remodeling my bathroom. They did new tile work, new plumbing, they actually had to do all the repiping above ground on my house because its an older house, and they got the galvanizing piping, so they did that, they've reconstructed a cabinet, they've done some electrical work.
