Excellent, Joshua D. explained everything and was willing to answer additional questions. John Moore is not the least expensive but they warranty their work and will make it right.

A big job and every one that came out from John Moore service was excellent. Mark Welsh, the two young excavators who worked so hard and Joe their manager and Steve the plumber who did such a great job. You have a great bunch of people working for you.

Troy was very professional, on time and laid out all the specifics of the job. He went over and beyond what the job required. It was a fairly large job, taking two days to complete. He recommended John Moore for many other services and we had them (roofing, drywall and electrical) come out to give us bids. I trust this co. and would highly recommend them.

Great. The plumber, Darrell Kresta, with John Moore, took the toilet lid off and knew in 2 seconds what needed to be done, after 2 others couldn’t completely fix. The chain needed to be shortened and the flap (which was wrong size) was replaced.

Russell H. from John Moore Services did excellent, professional work. If ever we need plumbing work again we would definitely ask for his help. Our rating is 5 stars. The business office paper work was a bit confusing at first. They need to support Russell with clearer descriptions of transactions on their invoices. More detail would be helpful. We have had three work projects performed by John Moore in the last few years and all have been very successful.

Their so-called repairman arrived and basically tried to put one of the working bulbs in the non-working socket (which was the entire extent of his troubleshooting). He then took some pictures, and went outside to "talk with his manager". He came back in and said they couldn't work on this product. I had waited almost a week for this "repair" and was selling and closing on my home in 3 days. I got a screwdriver and got up on the counter and took the cover off, and inside found a schematic of the vent hood. Surprisingly, there were two fuses, one for the left side lights (not working) and one for the right side lights (working). Removed about six screws, trip to Home Depot to purchase a $2.00 fuse, and problem solved. Total repair time (not including the trip to Home Depot) maybe 15-20 minutes. I am an electrical engineer, and the only reason I called for this repair was with my upcoming move, I had too many things to do and not enough time to deal with this problem. I had to wait a week to get them to my home, and when they punted on repairing the problem, it put my closing at risk. Their technician's approach to troubleshooting this issue was one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen. He was either incompetent, or lazy (thought it would be too much work/effort). I strongly recommend finding someone else (anyone else) for your electrical repair needs.

Horrible. Did not do what they were supposed to do charged an outrageous amount. Disaster!

Hamad Dardouk did the work. He was a very nice person and did the work very fast and well. Although, speed does not matter that much to me. I would have him to my house again to do work if I was asked. He took the time to talk to us and tell us what was wrong with the heater, etc. He is a nice person!

Very well. derick was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue correctly. Would highly recommend.
