EXCELLENT. Armando is a very hard worker very personable. Never gets excited and continues in a quiet, patient mode. And he liked my cat who came to visit with him.

Excellent service. Diagnosed the issue and installed the same day. The technicians were courteous and friendly and cleaned up everything before they left.

Hamad checked our system and explained the readings in an easily understandable way. He tightened loose screws and charged our freon, which was low. The AC is running quiet again and not having to work as hard to cool the house. Thank you.

We will only use John Moore services from now on. Hamad was wonderful and very informative, taking time to explain and answer all our questions. Saved us from a crooked company trying to use scare tactics to bill us for thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

Both gentlemen were punctual, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't take a break at all and worked for 6 hours straight with no complaints.

Provided unnecessary items to be repaired on plumbing inspection report which totaled several thousand dollars. Received an second opinion from another plumbing service which reputed all repair claims.

Had to come back with parts....different tech came second time with no parts...had to run out and get parts. Sink was repaired successfully.

RIPOFF WARNING -- On 01/23/2018 I received an estimate of $3,349.98 from JOHN MOORE SERVICES for a back-flow preventer valve replacement and up to 10 feet of pipe to replace a part of the water service line in order to repair a leak in my back-flow preventer for my lawn sprinkler system. I thought that quote was insanely high. However, at that time, I was very stressed and very busy at work so, in my haste, I said go ahead and do it. I never got an 2nd or 3rd quote – my mistake and I take responsibility for that. I never even checked Angie’s List which I normally do. Subsequently, I found out my next-door neighbor had an entire lawn sprinkler system installed for $2,200. Incidentally, I have a Rain Bird ESP-6Si lawn sprinkler system. I don’t mind paying a fair price for a good job. However, I don’t like being ripped off and I feel I was very ripped off. If anyone can tell me differently (that this is a fair price for the work done) I’m all ears. Nonetheless, I think everyone who lives in The Woodlands should be aware of the potential to be ripped off by John Moore and AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

It went great and took less time than I had guesstimated.

When Fred Colliczo finally arrived around 1:00 pm his work was completed in about an hour. I told him Entrusted had made an appointment for 8:00 am. He said he didn't have any control over scheduling. I felt really bad for the Entrusted employee waiting around as I did not make the arrangements.

I called on Wednesday afternoon, the dispatcher told me the service man would be here Thursday afternoon. He explained the problem, and the cause, then called the manufacturer and ordered the part. It arrived Friday evening. He installed it Saturday afternoon. There were no charges, because the water heater has a 10 year warranty, and it is 8 and a half years old. Chad B. was a consummate professional, he even shared tips to prevent recurrence and/or prolong performance. I was most impressed with his candor and integrity, and I can confidently recommend him.

I was totally impressed with Joshua. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, and determined to solve any problem. When--not if-- we need John Moore's services again, we'll go straight to Joshua. He is a young man who is reliable in every way.

Old disposal was quickly removed and the new one quickly installed. Work area was left just as clean as when starting.

Very well. One could not ask for better service. Our home was flooded due to release of water from Barker reservoir during Harvey. We have had a number of poor experiences with contractors including electrical. John Moore was a refreshing change for their service was what one would expect. Very professional. Michael Gustafson, John Moore Services, fixed our electrical issue. Again very professional. We will request John Moore and hopefully Michael to repair any future electrical issue, It's about trust.

Troy is PROFESSIONAL and quick. He answered our text in minutes. He was able to fix the problem THE same day. John Moore always goes the extra mile for us. We have called Troy more than once to help and we will be calling him and his team again for our roof repairs, electrical and to patch our walls.

He's convinced that the problem has been taken care of.
