First of all we are long standing customers and Never complained about quality of work. However I believe that when they take advantage of limited or no product knowledge by the customer to make money that’s wrong. We were not able to see a restart switch on bottom to rest the unit or did we know it existed. Plus my wife and I are not able to get that low to check or see the switch. The technician said he could fix the unit but.did not tell us about the switch. All he said it would cost $159.00. I agreed and he flipped the switch. $159.00 for 15 seconds work. I am not saying they should not charge a fee for their service but I believe that the charge was quite a bit overboard. My main argument is that I believe they are taking advantage of people’s limited knowledge to make money especially when the customer is a senior citizen. John Moore has lost a long standing customer because of this. We will only use them for the equipment that we purchased from them and is still under warranty and not for any future new business.

Kiel was great! Very professional, courteous, and he explained the function of the new installation in detail. I would recommend John Moore to anyone.

The work was fine but it was over price.

Waiting for 18 hours and the tech walk out on me because I look upset and he told me he doesn’t have to take it .

All went great. Derek arrived earlier than expected which was great, because I had a full schedule. Derek diagnosed the problem and had it all fixed within an hour. Derek was efficient, trustworthy and professional.

Joshua evaluated the system and determined something was stuck causing it to not function. Joshua requested my approval to try to fix it and it then worked very well, saving us from needing to buy a new system. Very professional and courteous.

The project 1509140166 was not completed and I'm disappointed in not hearing from anyone since 05/29/2018 one week ago. Mark Welch - Senior Lead Plumber was very professional and helpful in agreeing that the project needed to be resolved. . .

He was such a nice man, he know his job very well, show me pictures of his work. Job well done.

It went great, it was a easy fix for him. He gave a lot of information. He referred us to more work in our home that John Moore can do.

fair, I was told the service man was suppose to come to start to work between 8am-8:30am. He did not come until 9am. Also he use my bathroom tub faucet to get water, because he did not know how to turn it on , he turn it upside down, and said he did not do it, and I know for a fact it was not upside down. I did not mine him getting water from faucet, but if he did not know how to turn it on, he should have asked, not switch it around.

Job was done very well. It resolved my water issues. I am extremely happy at the results. The technician was also helpful in that he answered my questions willingly and was very helpful. Will use him in the future if other services are needed.

Ups and downs the codes were not in the table so it was hard to find the estimate. The pieces need had to be fetched. But in the end I have a toilet that is in place and can be flushed.

I very carelessly dropped an expensive diamond earring down my bathroom sink drain. Russell had to work very diligently to find the item buried deep within the pipe. Initially it wasn't visible but but he did not give up until he was able to find it.

The work was outstanding. Once textured and painted, it will never be known that a hole was in the wall. Several holes were missed, bad on both their and my part. Nelson came back to repair the remaining holes and then I missed another hole and had to make a hole to look for a lost cat. The cat escaped through a door left open - I have to assume. Don't know if it was the sheetrock people or the pest control person. Anyway, she is home as of Sunday.

Everything was great! Robert fixed everything very quickly and had things back to normal. I will definitely call John Moore the next time I need ANYTHING! Excellent service!
