They were very kind and professional in explainjng their process and what to expect. Waiting on them to give me a bid on some roof repairs i need along with the extermination they are helping with.

The initial estimator was thorough. The price was more than competitive. The issue began after the return of the technician to pick up any traps. The homeowner advised the tech, she still heard noises in the attic and/or roof. The tech advised her of his return by 3:00pm. We called C/S at 3:47pm, advising we had not heard back from the tech. C/S claimed they would contact the tech to give a call. At 5:00pmI called back and was told it would have to be re-scheduled for the next day. Twenty minutes later I was called stating the tech was near the home. When I told them we would not be available, I was advised the tech would not be able to return until Friday.. It seems C/S and techs may not necessarily be on the samepage.....

The guy that came a quoted me the job told me all that they would do to help with the pest problem. They never came back that day like he said they would. I called the office and they never called back. They came to my house yesterday and didnâ t do half of what he said they would do!

Very good business experience and great people

I was a little taken aback about the price but we did the "full monty" and time will tell but the rats are GONE, the smell is gone and best of all, we also had a wood roach problem and those things are dying by the dozens outside my house. So all in all I want a once and done company. Doing it right the first time is a big deal for me and I feel like they are super professional and I was very comfortable having them in my house.
