Treated for carpenter ants as well as protect from termites after foundation repair and home remodel. Very professional .

The John Moore team did a fantastic job of educating me and subsequently treating my problem of bats in my attic. A team of 2 personnel were at my home for over 4 hours sealing up all attic penetrations and subsequently explaining to me what they did to prevent future problems. I highly recommend John Moore pest services for bat remediation.

We were very satisfied with the service

We got exclusionary services for a roof rat problem we had. The rats had been nesting in our walls and were scratching during the night. Once they came out and sealed all of our entry points, our problem was fixed right away. It was a bit pricey but they offered 12-18 month payment plans with no interest charge. However, I would have paid double.

No idea what the price should have been so cannot rate the value (so simply chose the middle 3.0). We were so eager to have this problem solved that hired John Moore as first responder having known of the company for years. They sent someone out the next business day. After 2-3 visits, with traps set inside & out, it was determined that the problem was not necessarily rats in the attic (although there were definitely signs up there) but squirrels chewing on a pcv pipe on the roof. This was missed by the first inspector would have helped alleviate some of my anxiety - small issue but still. We hope the problem as been resolved but further checks are scheduled. I would certainly recommend this company.

Mike, Juan, and Kim were ALL very respectful, understanding and helpful. Mike was not pushy, trying to get me to get other services I could possibly use.
