Juan, the technician was extremely polite and knew his business. I would recommend John Moore.

They normally do not give warranties for pest control services unless it is purchased separately. I had to negotiate an extended warranty service. I felt like there should have been an automatic guarantee for work performed, at least for 90 days, considering the cost of services was $1,300.

We had a huge wasp nest in a palm tree, so the trimmers wouldn't go near it. Other companies we called were too pricey or arrived unready for the job. John Moore's service was prompt and job done quickly and thoroughly at a reasonable price.

They took care of the rodent problem and then did a follow-up. Could not have asked for more.

THEY TOOK CARE OF IT

The young man who came was very nice, but I had no idea I would still be seeing bugs even after he came back once and is scheduled to come back again within 10 days.. I wasn't inundated with bugs, but have an aversion to them and want them GONE.

They performed a very good job!

I will not hire again. Bad smell in the house due to dead animal. In original agreement drywall was to be removed and dead animal removed. This was done, animal not located. Also my renter asked technician to call me, this was not done. This cost 200 dollars. The smell continued and another company called who removed drywall and removed dead animal. Another 250.00. Total 450.00.

Arrived on time when scheduled. Was very professional. Explained the process and what other services may be provided.

The one thing I didn't like is they were trying to sell me a service to keep from rats coming back in but not take care the issue at hand which was the dead rats in the wall. We should get rid of a dead rats 1st then let's discuss a plan to keep it from happening again.
