The Company scheduled and didn t show up or showed up unprepared 3 times. On the 4th time they showed up, accepted payment but left a bird in the vent when they sealed it. The poor bird is now scared and going crazy and the company is seeing when someone can come out . Absolutely unacceptable.

The technician arrived ON time, was courteous and professional. The reason why I am giving the company 3 stars is because he disconnected my cable when he dug up the area around my house to put the pesticide. Then he admitted to haven't done this in a while, so seriously? I paid a lot of money and send a technician who does not know what he is doing?!?!
