Went to buy Range Rover and after pulling my credit, I asked for the history report and figured out that the car was involved in an accident. Salesperson never bothered to mention this to me. I said no thank you. Manager wanted to make “things right “ for me so I decided to go for a used Tundra. We agreed on price and manager asked me to come in to finish paperwork. 40 minutes into my drive, I get a call that they sold the car to someone else. Horrible experience. Super disorganized dealership. They definitely lost me as a customer.

We recently had our vehicle serviced at Joe Myers Toyota, They did a great job. Everyone on the staff, from the service advisor- Mr. R. Harrison to connie-the cashier & up to and including the rental agent at Enterprise, were all professional & courteous & made my experience with Joe Myers Toyota a good one. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We just make a phone call and they said come and get it. They are so good. We told them what we want and said we have it out here, one has this on it and one has that and here is the price.

Brought in my 2008 FJ Cruiser. Service rep indicated they would do a full inspection and make recommendations. Sent me a written proposal that started with a flush of the front differential and transfer case. BIG PROBLEM - it's a two wheel drive and there's no front differential or transfer case. Said I had only 2mm front brake pads and should also turn the rotors, nothing about warped or worn - no measurement. Should flush brake fluid because it appeared dirty. I confronted service manager in person and he was clueless - couldn't imagine how this happened. Blamed his tech - how's that for leadership. I immediately pulled the vehicle from them. This report was pencil whipped. I wonder how many with lack of technical or vehicle knowledge get taken in by this nonsense. It's either gross incompetence or blatant LACK OF INTEGRITY.

They took care of my service needs when I needed it and the price was competitive as compared to dealers. I may have got a better price at the independent but I feel certain that they did what they needed to do and I had to go back and have it redone and they fixed it. When I drove it about about 100 miles I was having a bad vibration in the front brakes and I took it back and they worked with it and looked at it and replaced the routers and put brand new pads on again and they didn't charge me any extra. I was real happy with that service. I have got a very good service adviser that I could call and he will get me in at my convenience. It is really nice to be able to have somebody like that and I could call and he knows my first name and he knows who I am when I call. They have been good to me and I will continue to use them until my warranty runs out.

It went fine service was prompt, friendly people there its always a pleasure going in there! Everything was 5 Star Service!

They're definitely good people. We've had good luck with taking our vehicle to them for anything we needed service work for.

I have to take the car next weekend to get it serviced. They are great.

It's all good. All of them are really nice. My vehicle is still running.

They do a fine job and the price is pretty good. It is very competitive. It is a first come first service basis; they don't have an appointment system. The time may run a little over what they say. I've been to them many times and they are great. They are very responsive. I will continue to use them.

They didn't show me any of the parts.The car rides about the same as it did before. The noise is reduced but did not go away. They did the work in the time they said they would. They definitely didn't take it to the next level trying to make sure that whatever was going on was fixed. The only thing that would have enhanced it would have been them pursuing it and making sure the job that was done solved the problem completely, and they didn't pursue that.

Tire Rotation was never done. I marked my tires with letters using a chalk prior to a tire rotation to make sure that it is properly done. The tires were on the same position when the service was done. A free oil change coupon was given after I complained. On a previous service, a change in air filter was recommended. I agreed. When the service was completed, I checked the air filter and it was never changed. It was changed after I complained. There were also a couple of times when my tire hub caps were replaced because they did not placed it well after a tire maintenance service on other prior service dates. I lost them on my drive home so I complained to have them replaced. I thought that dealer service was better so I kept coming back. I have given them enough chance yet they failed a number of times. Never will I come back again.

Went in for oil change. Service advisor suggested I do tire alignment also. Said he would honor coupons for both services including a 10% off midweek special coupon. Later did not honor the 10% off coupon that I had. Also, did not provide report for the tire alignment (automated chart) and multi-point inspection (manually filled). When I asked for chart he brought out a generic tire-alignment chart - no record of my particular vehicle. Normally, they have been good in the past...not sure why service quality and professionalism has deteriorated recently.

Poor

We halfway like them. We have consulted with other mechanics and we feel like they know what they are doing with Toyota vehicles. Their price is fair or up to par with the market. They take care of what the car needs and they do a good job. We like to take it there because the work is under warranty. They also fix it right the first time.

Bobby was very courteous and professional. Calls were returned immediately. Did not insult my intelligence by giving phony or misleading information. Car sold at sticker due to lack of availability, but price was adjusted with my trade-in value. Finance person was also first-rate, as was my loan rate. Took a little too long to wrap things up, but they were busy.
