Jose built a beautiful, upscale custom balcony rail just as promised. Very responsive and professional.

They did a good job and communicated every step along the way.

I hired this guy after he hounded me for weeks. He was punctual, and polite. HE WAS NOT SKILLED. Is seems he is a handyman who worked under someone for a while and got the jest of jobs he claims to be a professional at.He was hired to level the track for my electric gate and stabilize the post that had the guide that keeps the gate straight when closing and housed the motor. (Picture included), shows the round metal guide at the top is not even touching the gate ,so it scraped the post on the other side before closing. He welded that side to bend it because he didn’t have the skill to figure out what he did wrong. ( Picture provided showing what he did). He couldn’t figure out how to align it, so he bent the other portion. It still hits the post hard when closing. (Picture included to show that shawty work). My gate wouldn’t close after a while , so I had the guy who installed the motor to come take a look at it. He showed me where Jose didn’t line the magnet on the gate to the magnet in the motor before adjusting and cementing the track. (Picture provided.) I called Jose to tell him what was going on. He told me he was not responsible for someone else’s work and he would charge me 250.00 to fix the problem. I told him that the problem stemmed from him not measuring anything to make sure everything was properly aligned and that is why the gate is not working. He said he did what he was hired him to do which was stabilize the track and he can’t work for free because he has a family to feed. I overpaid for this job 1450.00. He should have measured everything based on what he was doing to make sure the magnets lined up, the guide on the post he cement was touching the gate which keeps it align with the other side to close properly. This is what a professional takes into consideration. Turns out he is an AMATEUR, A HANDYMAN. I have to take him to court. He doesn’t have a business address. The address listed is an apartment complex. Angi allows these people to list false information on their site

Excellent , he is very professional in all aspects. A tree crushed my fence and it was important to be able to get my yard secured again quickly. He showed up on time they did excellent work and impressively was able to complete the work in one day I would absolutely use him again

JOSE UNDERSTOOD AND EXECUTED OUR REMODELING PLANS TO THE T AND ALSO MADE SUGGESTIONS OF HIS OWN, WHICH WE HADN’T THOUGHT OF. MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK QUALITY THAT WAS DONE IN OUR HOME.
