We had JDI complete multiple projects and they turned out excellent. They were able to work around our complex work schedules and accommodate for changes. Ivan was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and was very responsive for calls and texts. Daniel was very meticulous and paid attention to details. He contained construction dust as much as possible and kept the mess down. The contracted carpenter abandoned the built ins partway through, but JDI honored their end to complete the job.

The quote was very competitive, they arrived on time and carried out the worked as planned, picking up their trash along the way. Overall I was super happy and will be using them again

JDI was a dream to work with. I initially contacted JDI for a crown molding installation quote, but quickly learned they also paint interiors, so I asked Ivan to quote me on that as well. With a competitive bid and reasonable project timeline, JDI was an easy winner. Ivan, the project manager, gave clear timelines on when ordering materials, project duration and payments. He was responsive to my questions and was frequently in touch with the team or on-site. The team didn’t skip days, worked fast, neat, and cleaned up whichever rooms they worked in that day. But truly, the quality of the work was top notch. To paint they removed the vent covers, switch plates etc. and covered my floors and furniture. I was also very happy with the crown molding installation (both 4” and 8” wide). The corners and seams were neat and great care went into making them as invisible as possible. I cannot believe how quick and easy the entire process was and I will surely be using JDI again.

Maintaining a stucco property requires skill, attention to detail, and thoroughness. We needed the expertise to complete a large routine maintenance reseal and paint job around our entire four story stucco+ hard board townhome built in 2008, which included the need to scaffold up the side walls. We wanted peace of mind knowing our home would be well armored against the Houston weather and elements for another decade or more. Excellent communication with Ivan and Daniel along the way. Now we have peace of mind that our home is protected from moisture ingress and costly repairs. Here is a summary of our wonderful experience using JDI contractors and why I would recommend them for anyone needing expertise, quality warrantied work, and professionalism. -JDI was able to review the stucco inspection report from when we purchased our property, and provide a competitive itemized quote with details around each scope of work proposed. Ivan was able to explain in detail why each scope of work was required, how it addressed any findings in the stucco report, what materials would be used/why, and how this would mitigate any future moisture ingress. -JDI completely resealed and all exterior stucco to stucco, and stucco to other joints, hardy board seams, and small cracks that develop over time. Daniel re-nailed all hardy boards with new nails, ensuring they were all securely attached and sealed. All windows, exterior penetrations, door frames and balconies were re-sealed properly. -Daniel and his skilled team worked diligently and paid extreme attention to detail, also working safely -Super paint and highest quality materials were use -Daily job updates, Ivan kept us informed of each step along the way, and was onsite -Schedule and job steps were communicated clearly to allow us to move items around as needed -Walked the scopes of work with Daniel and Ivan at completion, and finished up any small items we noticed at the end. -Any findings were addressed and discussed as they came up.

Ivan and Daniel did a wonderful job on the siding for our townhome. They were detailed, thorough, and professional the entire time. The job was completed on time with no issues. The peace of mind we have now as a result of their work is worth every penny.
