Description of Work: Abraham inspected my roof after my insurance company threatened to cancel my insurance if I do not replace my roof which is only 7 years old. He said that there is some wavy shingles because of the house shifting but the roof is still sealed. He showed me how insurance company inspection was done from ground level and not on the roof itself. Excellent service. i will save this companies information to replace my roof when the time come.

Description of Work: Totally misrepresented work to be performed putting a new roof on. hired some one else to do the work. broke an A/C unit, broke bushes, did not protect the house or plants, left nails in driveway and yard, did not finish on time.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List special--they came out and surveyed our roof, took photos, and caulked around the flashing, windows, vent pipes. Super professional, knowledgeable and nice. Made some recommendations that were very helpful. No high pressure sales--very worthwhile.

Description of Work: Ordered JC&C Roofing Company's $45 roof inspection package through Angie's list - Order was confirmed promptly, and JC&C indeed sent me a reminder one day before the scheduled service date - I took one day off from work waiting at home. One hour before the scheduled time, someone called and said that the roof was too steep and they need to charge $250 extra for inspection. I canceled the appointment, which could hardly be called a deal any more. - I went back to their deal's page on Angie's list, there is no fine print regarding the limitation on roof's slope, even though the company representative claimed so over the phone.

Description of Work: The company sent a repairman who told me that my roof was too steep for the purchased service. I was very disappointed as I told them ahead of time that it was a Tudor style roof. I do not know the pitch of the roof and did not know that it mattered. Alas...it did even though the portion of the roof with a leak was only 1 story high.

Description of Work: Roof was leaking at chimney onto my back porch and into my fireplace. I paid for the roof tune-up that included a $100.00 credit towards services. Christian came out climbed on the roof and told us exactly what the problem was and how they could fix it. We had some scheduling issues, and it took a while to work them out. The end result was worth it. Christian even came back to the house to finish a task that wasn't really part of the roof problem. I am very happy to report the roof is holding up well and even with the recent thunderstorms, my porch and fireplace are dry - NO LEAKS. Thank you Christian and crew!

Description of Work: Came out and checked my roof over thoroughly, Christian told me I was fine and that it did not need any immediate repairs however if I would like he would write up a quote for replacement which he did. I am still exploring a couple other providers for roofing but so far JC&C remains strongly in the running to get our business. For honesty and thoroughness A+++++++

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $99.00 Roof Maintenance Package I called regarding the appointment and they came that same afternoon on a Friday to do an inspection which was great; however after talking over options I was advised that I would get more details with other options via a phone call the beginning of the next week. It has now been over a month and have not heard back by either phone call or email. No work other than the free inspection was ever performed!

Description of Work: Christian walked me through the details of the roof replacement and worked with me on specific changes I desired such as additional hip ventilation to add to ridge vents and heat reflector underlayment above the vaulted ceiling portion of the roof. He also added metal roof jacks to combat squirrels chewing through lead for free. His team completely stripped and re-shingled (50 squares) our house in 2 days with minimal damage to our extensive flower beds. They kept everything clean and even had someone come back and power wash the patio and driveway. I would high recommend this company.
