On 2/27 (two weeks after the service), I called the company since I had not received my roof report. The lady said she would email it to me right away. Apparently they had emailed it to someone else. I did not much care for that, but I appreciated the honesty. There were a few spelling errors in the report, but I was impressed with the presentation of the report and the photos of my roof that were included.
I never did receive the quote for the new roof, but it's possible that went to a different email address as well.
Things I liked: The polite manner of the individuals I spoke with on the phone and in person. The photos and presentation of the roof report. The fact that someone else was walking around on top of my house to check it out so that that I didn't have to do it.
Things I didn't like: Pushing back the appointment twice. Sending a report of my roof to someone else. Not receiving a quote when I was told I would.

professional. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came to my house
to do the estimate, came back to go over the contract and provide a detailed
description of the work to be completed and schedule the job, once again on the
day of the actual work, and finally to deliver the invoice and close the deal.
Each time, it was a pleasure to meet with him.
The work was completed in one day and the results were
great. His crew did an excellent job from the tear off to the final clean-up.
They went above and beyond to assure that the final result was satisfactory.
