The service is just perfect from everyone in this company. You are never on hold when you call. The ladies that dispatch the calls are courteous and efficient. The appointments are easy to make and always kept. We had our roof entirely re-done by them. They came on time, and completed the roof on time. Maintenance is absolutely the best. We had a minor leakage after a storm and the repair technician came the next day and fixed it right away. He inspected the entire roof to make sure that everything was in order. Very knowledgeable very professional. I recommended them to several people.

Let me tell you all of the reasons that JC&C Roofing is the way to go for the most important investment you will put on your house. 1 - Product Knowledge. Christian, the owner, came out to provide a quote. He took some measurements and then scheduled a time to come back and deliver his proposal. This allowed him time to compile all of the data and figures to ensure that the quote given is the final price without any hidden expenses. They have several products the offer and will provide detailed quotes and a plethora of information about everything they sell. 2 - Production. Once we decided on the product package we wanted, which was the Diamond Package (thank God for financing). Christian had a crew swarm on our house the very next day. The worked so hard and got 99% of the job done on the first day. The next morning they were back out to finish the last minute touches. The owner was onsite for most of the project, checking in that I was happy with the work and always asking if I had any questions or concerns. 3 - Service. I can't rave enough about Christian. So rare is it to find someone that is polite, kind, funny, honest, and just an overall good person. Christian is good people. Plain and simple. I honestly feel like he treated us like he would want to be treated and I have a great amount of respect for his customer service, dedication to his craft, and earning the respect of those around him. I am confident that if I should have any issues in the near future with this new amazing looking roof, that he would be back out in a hot second to take care of me. Great Product. Great Company. Called for estimate, they scheduled for the next day between 4 and 5. at 5:30 I was getting online to review them for a no call/no show when i found an email from 4:48pm saying there was traffic and they would be there at 5:30, the email was from a trainer/director. Wow a director didnt think i warranted a phone call. No phone call just an email. I called into the office at 5:45 (bc the office closes at 6) and asked why i had no contact except an e-mail and when/if they were coming out. The woman immediatelly passed the blame to me saying they couldnt get ahold of me. I told her i had been sitting by the phone and was she going to look into it or just blame me. She said she would look into it and call me back. She called back saying they didnt put my phone number in the work order, which is why they didnt call, and they would be at my house by 6:15. They finally got here at 6:20 and did a quick look at the house. Quoted me 1800$ and wanted me to agree to start work. I told them i wouldnt do anything without a written quote. Guy said ok then tried to spend 20 minutes telling me why it wasnt his fault that he didnt call me. I had to train 2 people on their staff on good customer service. He left saying i would get a quote in email. Never did get a written quote from them and found another roofing company. I dont recommend using them.

We decided to go with JC&C Roofing which was the best decision we could have made. While sometimes it took a little longer to hear back from Christian, the workers were on time. Fixed all the issues and gave us a brand new roof that is so gorgeous I believe my neighbors are jealous. Christian also added attic vents and took down old satalite dishes at no charge. The kicker was he also had someone come by and pressure wash the house and drive way with no extra charge. Christian stated any problems just to contact him. Add to it he also dealt with our insurance company so we did not have to. I could not ask for a better individual or company to have work on my home!

I discovered several shingles in my backyard after some recent heavy storms in our area and I was concerned for the integrity of our roof. I scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection through JC&C's website and received two emails confirming the appointment. Abraham Barrera performed the inspection, was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He called 45 minutes before arrival, took a number of photos of our roof so we would have proof of any issues, and also inspected an exhaust pipe for our water heater that we had some concerns about. It turned out that the shingles I found in our yard were actually from the neighbor's roof and our roof was fine. Abraham sent us the photos he took even though no work needed to be done and the INSPECTION WAS FREE. I told him I would let our neighbors know about their roof and Abraham gave us a business card to pass along. I don't know how expensive (or not) their repair costs are, but I would definitely hire them to work on our roof in the future.

I asked for an estimate for repairs to my roof but instead they only provided one for a complete new roof. After a week, I called them because I had not received an estimate. They finally sent one after I called. I was told by two top roofing companies that I do not need a new roof. State Roofing referred me to JC&C because State only does complete roofs but said that JC&C does repairs. I called JC&C and asked for an estimate for repairs to the roof. I was told by Abraham Barrera that I would get a corrected estimate that day. It has been about a week and I still have not received the updated estimate. S. Dial

Great customer service. They walked me through everything every step of the way. From working with my Insurance Agent, to providing samples and information so me and my wife could get what we liked to being able to do the job within days of when we were ready, they were definitely on top of everything. We had a beautiful Hand Nailed roof installed the same day and we are very happy. Pricing was great, sales rep was very knowledgeable, customer service was there all of the way. JC&C Roofing was by far the most professional roofing company we had come give us an estimate. Michael took time and walked on roof, took pictures of damage. They were loaded with work and the wait time was 3-4 weeks and the price may have been reflective of their work load. Very professional and I believe they would have done great work if we would have awarded them.

We had a major hail storm come through our area and the damage was so extensive that our roof needed to be replaced completely and the house needed a lot of cosmetic repair. When you have major work like this that needs to be done, it's never fun to hassle with insurance claims etc. and the business responsible for fixing the damage. My experience with Christian and the men who worked on my house was exceptional. I can truly say that the process was so much smoother on their end than I could have possibly anticipated. I was very impressed with the communication and responsiveness of Christian. He stopped by numerous times to check on the progress and to update me. All the men who worked on my house were very professional and courteous. I will absolutely use this company again for any needs concerning the upkeep of my home. I feel that I've found a business that I can trust and I know will do an amazing job. The house looks new.

Very good communication to arrange time to meet at two different properties to look at roof(s). VEry flexible and willing to meet my needs/times since I live in Japan and was only in Houston for 3 days. Looked at roof from ground level and told me they needed to be replaced, repair was not recommended. Talked about options, since I was interested in a metal roof or a light colored, energy efficient roof. They were going to send me some quotes but I never heard back from them.

The service was great. I was informed of the areas of concern and a recommendation was provided. I was not pressured to make any decisions and the roofer was available for follow- up questions. I will chose them in the future when I am able to make the repairs.

They can and looked at the roof and made repairs to a broken vent. They did not do the actual tune up that I had purchased on Angie's list though. This was a bit disappointing. It seems like they got to the repairs I needed and forgot to do the tune up part. I know this because during my home inspection, they noticed several loose shingles. Adhesive of loose shingles was a big part of the tune up package :-(

Very professional and courteous. Called to make an appointment to get an estimate to inspect the roof and reseal all of the roof vent pipes. The estimate was free (very rare these days). Abraham came out on time, as scheduled and explained the process to me. He provided me with an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. I scheduled the work and it was completed on time. I would use this company again.

I never received the report and pictures the technician mentioned he'd send (he made sure to mention the report at least four different times). Guys were nice enough, but I can't comment on thoroughness since I never did get a report, which is also the primary reason for the low quality and responsiveness ratings.

We had a roof inspection that said we had some nail pops, flashing and nails that needed re-sealing. I saw JC&C advertisement for a $50 roof tune-up which included all of this things. So I hired them to fix these small issues before the sale of our house. They insisted that my roof was in very bad condition... Well to make a long story short we ended up hiring another roofer to come inspect the roof, it turns out that the roof was actually in good condition, it did however cost my another $175 dollars to repair the damage JC&C did to the roof by pulling up shingles to make them look like they were lifted. It appears this company goes to great lengths to sell a new roof.

They were very responsive and seemed to be knowledgeable as well. They encouraged me to replace the entire roof, but we weren't ready to do that at this time.

Christian was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. While inspecting the roof, he pointed out (with pictures) possible issues with the plumbing. He brought things to my attention but at no time at all did he try and sell me on his or anyone else's services. His company took care of the necessary roof repairs quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

Christian and his crew were fantastic from the beginning through the very end. All of them were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The roof looks fantastic and clean-up work was very thorough. Our young children even commented on how friendly the workers were. We definitely recommend JC&C Roofing and would choose them again if we had the chance.

Scheduling went well but provider had to push my appointment back the day of the appointment by an hour due to some delay. Then they were still late due to city traffic. Abraham kept me in the loop about the additional traffic delay and he was very polite and professional. Abraham and his helper did the roof inspection/maintenance and took photos of questionable areas of my roof and also photos of the areas they covered with caulk. The service lasted about 45 minutes after which Abraham explained the state of my roof to me and said it's probably got a couple years left, but the shingles are brittle. I told him I probably wasn't in the market this year to replace my roof but that I would take a quote anyway and he said he would put one together. He also said he would be sending me the roof report. On 2/27 (two weeks after the service), I called the company since I had not received my roof report. The lady said she would email it to me right away. Apparently they had emailed it to someone else. I did not much care for that, but I appreciated the honesty. There were a few spelling errors in the report, but I was impressed with the presentation of the report and the photos of my roof that were included. I never did receive the quote for the new roof, but it's possible that went to a different email address as well. Things I liked: The polite manner of the individuals I spoke with on the phone and in person. The photos and presentation of the roof report. The fact that someone else was walking around on top of my house to check it out so that that I didn't have to do it. Things I didn't like: Pushing back the appointment twice. Sending a report of my roof to someone else. Not receiving a quote when I was told I would.

Christian explained in detail what would be done, what type of roofing materials would be used and what kind of warranty there was. He was very willing to answer all questions. The workers worked well together and there was no overly loud or foul language. Even the neighbors commented on how nice and professional the workers were. The whole roof was replaced in one day as promised even after finding some unexpected work, like soffits that needed to be installed (the original roof had vent coverings with no openings underneath!). They also thoroughly cleaned the area around the house when they were through. The new roof is beautiful. We highly recommend JC&C to anyone needing a roofing company.
