It went very well. He did a good job. He was very personable and took an interest in what I was trying to do. I could call him anytime and he would be available for me. He returned my calls very quickly. He was very knowledgeable on how to obtain the information I needed. His price was very reasonable. He was very professional.

The provider came out, showed me their product, discovered that I was under contract with another security company and left. No refund of my pre-paid Angie's List special... Nothing! Of course, there was nothing they could do. However, it would have been nice to have that clarified on the offer.

They were terrible and I will not recommend them. They should not be on Angie's List. They tried to sell me on everything but they did not do anything for me. It was services not rendered; they have not given me anything but I have given them $5000. They are thieves. It started out as $15000 and I gave them $9000 then he came back and wanted $3000 more. They have no answers for me then came back and tried to sue for the whole. They gave me a 90 day written sue letter.

I really liked them. I was really happy with the results. They're very honest, ethical, and very confidential. I liked the people I dealt with. They had a mission and knew what to do.

It was for a big deal coupon I bought. Everything was fine, they were very easy to work with, I was actually quite surprised at how accommodating they were. It was fairly run of the mill so there wasn't a whole lot of difficulty involved; it was a pretty simple installation.

When the first time I called, I got someone who didn't know anything about it and he said he would get someone to talk to. Then I spoke to another person and she wasn't sure if they did all the services and said I would have to talk to their main person. The main person finally called more than a week later probably from overseas. I was awakened by a phone call by this person at the crack of dawn. I asked him do you know what time it is and he said I'm sorry, I will call back later, but you never did. Then I called one more time and asked them if they could e-mail me some figures for typical charged on having some cameras put into our home for security and they did do that. Although this might be an isolated incidence, I did not go with them because I was not happy with their lack of responsiveness.

They're on time, they offer reasonable prices. We've never had any problems since they've started business with us.

On time professionals. They know what they're doing. I'm still their customer.
