He took a sizeable deposit to complete a landscaping project in June 2018 and never set foot on the property (as of Nov 2018) to complete any of the work. Numerous attempts to contact him by phone and text to get a refund on the deposit have not gotten a response.

+ 0 moreVery responsive in quoting job. Some delay in doing work, but I wasn't in a hurry. Fence looked great but sprinkler head was damaged by crew. He immediately offered to fix it, and I trustingly paid him before it was done. He replied to several follow up emails/texts always saying he would come fox but then not showing up. Finally he stopped responding.
