J&A offers a signed contract before starting any renovation so that the homeowner and contractor have proof of a specified job scope and pay agreement. J&A itemizes every contract that way the home owner can do all or just certain projects at a time. Before starting a renovation,contractor gets a draw up front to start project followed by a receipt to show what was given,and whats owed.
