Fabulous. Ken responded within a couple hours to my request. Scheduled appointment same day and then moved it earlier in the day. Met him at his office. Started on it immediately. Knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Very kind and knowledgeable expert. Definitely recommend him for anything he says he can do.

What a wonderful Experience. Ken was available on Sunday of all days! He was so nice and his shop was clean and organized. Most of all I could tell he cared about getting me a working computer as quickly as he could. The work was so fast! and AFFORDABLE! My goodness, Ken was a lifesaver. My hard drive was imminent to fail, and my entire life is on this hard drive. Ken came to my home and did all that he could do onsite, however, he ended up taking it to his shop and was able to successfully clone my HD, and save all of my data. Ken is very honest and thorough. I have a home based business and rely on my computer/internet daily. In the early am hours (2:00am) I woke up to get an early start on my daily duties. When I go to the website needed to do my work it said "This site cannot be reached". Of course, I tried to YouTube troubleshoot it and it didn't work. I began to panic and reached out to Angie's list for assistance at 7am. To my surprise, Ken responded in a very short time. He was very courteous, and helpful. Just his tone and knowledge helped with calming me down. He did all that he could over the phone to avoid a visit to the office. Just as I was leaving to bring my computer, the problem was solved. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking computer repair.

Great Fast Service

Ken not only replaced the full casing for the laptop, but he provided us with a loaner computer. He kindly swapped out the hard drives so my niece could continue her online studies without interruption. He went above and beyond for us and completed the repairs in a couple of days even though he had to source some parts. This is what I call 5 star service.

Me. ken was very helpful by not only being very professional and attentive, but he also helped me with my not so very flexible schedule. He performed an excellent job on my MacBook Pro by cleaning and replacing the battery. I would certainly recommend him and use him in future services.
