We called numerous times trying to contact the structural engineer for an engineer's letter that city permit center requested for my back patio enclosure project. After two weeks they finally called back to set up the appointment for the engineer to come to the house to take a look. Engineer showed up and stayed not even 10 minues and left saying will look at the drawing from the architect and get back to us. We emailed the everything needed including the architectural design for the architect who worked with them before. After almost two weeks we still haven't heard anything on the estimate of the drawings if needed, or just a engineering letter. We finally decided to go with someone else.
