Integrity Roofing was not the least expensive but they sure were the most professional company that I dealt with. Terence not only went to my house to look and give me a written estimate but he took pictures and sent to me. Since my son lives at this home, I was not aware of what needed to be done so I really appreciated this extra effort. They took the time to answer my many questions and email the answers to me. I have to say that the office staff was just as professional. Integrity Roofing provided a written estimate of every thing that was to be done so there were no surprises and even changed the estimate (with no bad attitude) to include a couple of things that he told me that he would do at no charge. Terence or his office stayed in touch with me when there was a delay because of weather. They not only got the work done in a timely manner but they also cleaned up just as they said they would. I was so impressed with their professionalism. I do not expect to have any problems with the new roof but if I do I have no doubt that it will be taken care of quickly. Work was done professionally; they even included nailing down some warped flashing and added some wider trim at the gable where there was a gap before. Worker was polite and cleaned up after himself. The owner came by to check on quality and progress frequently and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Quality paint used. I can highly recommend Integrity Roofing and would use them again any time.

Amazing service and price. When I was told what needed to be done I held my breath. They replaced five vents with surrounding shingles for less that $430. That is a great price, I think. The work was done in little more than an hour in drizzling rain, and the workman cleaned up and removed broken materials. He also showed me the replaced vents and pointed out small holes that have developed over the years. They were very polite and professional. I will use them again and can recommend them without hesitation

Trustworthy company who did an excellent job.

It went very well. I've used Integrity Roofing for other home projects in the past. I've always been pleased. I really like that Terrance always comes back the day after all the work is finished, to make sure everything has been done correctly.

It was okay. The schedule was set up with the office for 1 pm. I got a call from my wife at 3 pm that no one had shown up. I called their office and the lady I talked to was very nice. She told me that she had to contact the person to see if they were running late. She did call me back fairly quickly and she confirmed that they would be there in a bit. I came home and the guy was just about finishing up with the roof. I asked him about the siding and he did not have any idea what the scope of work was for the coupon. I talked to the owner (I believe it was the owner) and he mentioned that the scope of work is 1 hour worth of maintenance. I was very surprised considering it was very clear on the scope of work and it included not only the roof but siding maintenance. They did send another person the next day to finish the siding and they did a good job.

All went well. Cost was in range as all other bids. Professional and nice follow up.

Arrived on time, performed exactly what I paid for and supplied a good report with pictures. my insurance company said they had never seen such a good report for a normal "maintenance" check.

I found the company to be great to work with but was challenged with a difficult flashing issue. The flashing expert in the company has since been replaced. I would not hesitate to use integrity for future work.

They were here July of 2016. It cost $3750.

Terrance replaced the roof vents and fixed my door installation problems in a very timely manner at a very fair price. He was very professional and showed up when he said he would and worked fast and efficient. I'll definitely use him again.

Well needless to say I have made 2 attempts to contact Terence and have yet to receive any quotes. Not a professional way to conduct business or I guess my job is so small he is not man enough to tell me to find another roofer.

It was a good Deal, I would use them again. I'm still working with them because they put some of the siding on crooked and they've been working with us to fix it but its not all fixed yet. It was a very good price. We had some issues getting a hold of them.

Great Service! I purchased a home roof maintenance deal because I had leaks on the roof. I had the roof inspected and "repaired" on several occasions by other roofing companies. They all claimed the leaks had been found and eliminated. Every time in rained I proved them wrong, the leaks were still there! Terence and his team at Integrity Roofing inspected my roof and detected the root cause of the leaks. His team not only managed to locate the root cause of the leaks so many other roofing companies missed, they also repaired them and did a great job. There was a huge downpour of rain the following day after the repair and I managed to confirm the great job Integrity Roofing did. The leaks are gone! I am very happy with their service. Integrity Roofing did an excellent job. I needed a new fence between my garage and house. They installed the fence using a process used by utility companies to install poles. It was an expansive foam. I had my doubts but after seeing the speed in the installation and the durability of the posts, I'm convinced they know what they're doing. It took less than a day to completely install the fence. My breezeway needed gutters and they installed them the same day. Integrity roofing did a great job with the installation and cleanup. The crew was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend them. Awesome job!

The provider called me to advise that they were about 30 minutes from our home, so I informed my wife that they are coming. They arrived at the said time, consulted with my wife what she thinks are the roof problems and they made an external and internal inspection. There were a few loose shingles and some shingles that needed to be fastened more securely, so they did that. They also listed down what other repairs that are needed for our roof, and provided my wife with the list. Basically, they said that our roof is still okay in the near future (probably for a couple of years), and we are saving up for that big expense. They were very professional and if we would be changing the roof, we would definitely consider them to do it.

Overall, was very satisfied and would recommend to others. We discovered a leak in our roof shortly before Christmas and found several companies on Angies List. Integrity Roofing was the only one who said they would come out Christmas week and take a look. Both Terrance and Paul showed up in the morning exactly when they said they would and took a look at the leak. They also did a roof inspection and found some of our vent caps needed replacing and/or resealing. We discussed the price and came to a fair price. After an agreement was made, they left to get the necessary parts and completed the work the same day. Was very satisfied with the response and how quickly they took care of everything. They also took pictures of the roof before and after to show us the work that was done.

They replaced and painted all of my siding and painted my garage door to match. they also, generously, changed out all of the wood around my front porch. they were very polite and professional. I will hire thing again in the future. I couldn't be happier with the final product and honestly it was a refreshingly easy process. I'm typically very nervous about home repairs and working with contractors but these guys were great!

The scheduler Terrance was great and the worker got the job done quickly. The problem I had was with the price of service. The minimum charge for this company is $250 dollars. I was unaware of the large minimum service charge. The roofer worked on my roof for 5 minutes. I think that is a hefty charge for such a short call out. I have hired another roofer before and was way less for replacement of many shingles. All this guy did was nail down a buckled shingle. I wish I was told of the cost before they performed the work. Just be aware this roofing company charges a lot compared to their competition.

Everything went off without a hitch. They were so professional and nice I decided to have them do the siding on my house and garage.

I'm still having issues with what I paid them to fix.

They were SO nice. went on the roof, showed me pics, explained the problem and gave me a bid to fix the problem in the future. They fixed it temporarily by caulking which is wonderful as the holidays are upon us. After the first of the year i will have them come back and fix it permanently. The bid was a ballpark figure (which they gave to me right on the spot) and it seemed very fair.

Integrity Roofing was the best choice we have every had for home repair. Terrance was quick to respond after only 1 phone call. He was on site when the insurance adjuster came to evaluate our damage, Terrance was extremely professional, was never pushy with the adjuster, and was a great advocate for us. Integrity Roofing provided help with understanding the paper work from the insurance company and was very knowledgeable about the process. The work began when Integrity said it would and was completed on time. The work site was kept clean and the workers were very polite. When the work began, I was recovering from foot surgery. Terrance and Paul saw me struggling to carry items to my car and immediately offered to help. On any return trip, they asked if I needed their help with anything like that again, WOW, what gentlemen!!! I was completely at ease having Integrity roofing at my house and will not hesitate to hire them again. All aspects of the job were completed in a superior way. The siding repair was excellent. The roof is great. The power washing made everything look great. The sky lights had glue from the roof, Integrity cleaned them until it was correct! I cannot say enough great things about Integrity Roofing. We have talked to our children about character since they were young, defining it as, " Doing the right thing when no one is watching" Integrity Roofing has this phrase on their business card: "Doing the Right Thing When No One is Watching." I knew they were the right company for us.

They were on-time, however they never knocked on my door to let me know they were here. Next thing I know there's people on my roof. The shingles they replaced around the edge of my roof, they did a horrible job. They left them hanging out about an inch more than the existing shingle line. Also, they mentioned they took pictures of all of the work they did, and would email them to me, along with a quote for some sheet rock repair. ...I never received this. Overall, the two gentlemen that came out were very nice, and very professional, it was a fair price, and I'm sure the work was done well. It's just an eye sore to see the shingles they replaced are not in-line with my existing ones. ...attention to detail would be nice. I gave them a C for professionalism because they didn't follow up with me, as they said they would, and they didn't do a good job replacing my shingles. Also, if you say you're going to follow up with someone, please do it.
