Integrity Roofing

The rain was coming off one section of the roof onto another section of the roof and splashing on the brick and, over fifteen years, pitting the mortar. Integrity Roofing patched the holes in the mortar and added a short gutter to prevent further splashing. It took two trips due to the two different types of repairs being done. The work was done in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable cost.

Terence did an excellent job working with my insurance adjuster and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. He made several suggestions which I think will help improve the comfort of my house as well as keeping my garage much cooler

Terrence inspected the roof and said he could do what I ask but it would be a temporary fix. He recommended that I contact my insurance company to see if they would pay for a new roof because of damage from all the bad weather we have had. Considering that the roof was only 11-12 years old I had my doubts. Nevertheless, I called and they agreed to replace the roof. Of course I was responsible for the deductible. I now have a new roof. Thanks to Pippin Construction. The entire process was smooth and professional. Most of my contact was with the secretary but when I asked to speak with Terrence, the owner, he called me within a reasonable time and answered all my questions.

Terence was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. He always came when he said he would. He was onsite off and on both days his crew was here working. Afterwards he set a time and came by to do a final inspection. My roof looks fantastic and I'm very happy that I chose Integrity Roofing to put on my new roof.

they quickly gave me the estimate, it was very professional, but I changed my mind, did not use them.

When they did the roof, half was not done properly. Installed half the drip edge to the fascia board instead of the edge of the roof. Was a hassle for awhile to get them to take care of it but they finally did. Took a long time for them to come out and do the original job. Didn't replace plywood around chimney. They said they would come back, when their schedule freed up, and replace decking around the chimney but have not heard from them. You have to really watch what they do to make sure they do it right. If you don't know what needs to be done, you might get ripped off.

This company sent out one of their people that turned out to be a traveling roofer and he was ready to do my roof outside of the company if I agreed to it that same day. In the height of the storm roof repair the owner did speak to me and he did give numbers for the repair but when it became a replace they were busy with what they considered bigger jobs.

I had purchased one sheet of dry wall repair for $175. I scheduled the first appointment and blocked the afternoon off since I had to be there. No one called or showed up. They apologized. I scheduled a second appointment and again no one called or showed up. At this point I was ready to just get my money back. They assured me the third time would be different, and it was. Two guys did show up for the third appointment. When the work was completed, one of the guys asked if I wanted him to paint a small storage area next to the repair work. He said it would match the repair better. Nothing was ever said about an additional charge. I said sure and I even provided the paint, even though they were supposed to provide it. The next day I received an invoice for two sheets of dry wall repair, even though I was never told they were going to use an extra sheet, if they really did. I paid for on Angie's list, one sheet of dry wall repair for $175 and I feel that was all that was used and I was charged for two. In addition I was charged $60 for painting a small storage area that no one had said there would be an additional charge. I even provided the paint that they were to have provided. The additional charge was for $235 more than the $175 I had already paid. When I called the owner, he was unprofessional and almost rude. I get the sense that the owner was used to this kind of phone call. To me the experience was almost a bait and switch. I feel as if I should have billed the owner for the lost 8 hours of my time when they did not call or show up for scheduled appointments, as well as the paint I provided. BUYER BEWARE!!

They inspected the roof, sealed all areas that needed sealing and painted the vents that were rusty.

It went well, I have to call them back to get the invoice. They did very good work and were very professional.

Deal was for roof tune up/inspection, minor repairs if needed, inside and out. Written analysis of findings done for future need promised. What I received for 199.00 was: painted /sealed vents atop the house and my roof cleaned - with my blower. That is all. I had notified the vendor beforehand that Flashing around chimney may need attention - have a small leak somewhere, even asked if I need to purchase any materials. Told not necessary, it would be checked. None of those things took place. The Tech was very courteous and friendly however.
