So glad I found this company. Their people know what they are doing, extermely knowledgeable and this company is honest. I have used them to fix a pool leak, my pump and filter and to clean my filter.

Integrity walked me through doing a "Bucket Test" which I had never heard of! It game them all the info they needed ahead of time to assist them in looking for the leak to my spa. Fast, efficient and honest. Super pleased with both the office staff and the pool technicians!! Thanks again for a great first impression! I'll be using them soon to replace my pool and spa lights ... And I'll be using them from now on! Crew arrived on time. They were very professional did a great job of locating leak. Next day another crew arrived and replaced skimmer which had a hair line crack. The clean up was so good you wouldn't know they had been there. Next day water line had not changed. Very happy with there work.

Integrity is fantastic. I've know there was a small leak in the plumbing of my pool but couldn't identify where it was. An fairly large area by the pool equipment was always wet and muddy. I had another pool leak detection company out about 1-1/2 years ago and they found nothing. Since then I've had the irrigation system dug up and there was nothing wrong. The two very professional gentlemen spent all day (9+ hours) Friday to locate the small leak in one of the scupper pipes under the decking. I think the price is very fair considering the amount of time it took to find the leak - especially since the other company could find nothing. Looking forward to Integrity (a very appropriate name for the owners and staff of this company) coming back to remediate the leak.

The pool was tested for leaks and it was determined that the main drain line as well as the skimmer baskets were losing water. The main drain was plugged until the repair could be done and the skimmer baskets were sealed to the structure. They were very professional and efficient.

Integrity Pool Repair did a great job. Within a few days of our initial discussion they had a person onsite to perform the work. He performed a full check on the plumbing and cracks within a few hours and determined they were no leaks there but determined that the pool light was leaking. This was the 2nd pool leak detection company we have used and Integrity was hands down better.

The guy that was referred was Jim Jacobsmeyer. He showed up and diagnosed the problem, but I never received an estimate that was supposed to be forthcoming. No fault to this company.

I called Integrity just before the July 4th weekend. Talked to the lady in the office she explained how they were busy trying to service some customers before the holiday. I told her that I would call back after the holiday weekend. Called them twice on the 5th left a message on the first call and when I did not hear back from them, called again later that afternoon and made arrangements to have the work looked at. The serviceman came out, looked things over and said that I would be hearing back from the office the following day with an estimate. That was a week ago. Called again yesterday evening and left another message. 11:00 this morning and still no call back. Based on the Angie's List rating I expected a firm with a focus on customer service and timely responses. My personal experience proved otherwise. Why would I want to do business with someone that I have to initiate all of the communication. I done, and looking for someone else.

I have been using Integrity Pool Service for about 12 years. They are my go to guys for pool repair. I have used leslies before but these guys are far and above them in service and attitude.

I have been using Integrity Pool Repair for several years, and they have always done a great job. I recently hired them to replaster and retile my pool. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Tom and Ann, the owners, were there at every phase of the job, making sure it got done well and on time. They even brought me tile samples catered to my taste and answered every call and email promptly. Any time I had a question or concern they handled it very professionally. The entire job took less than a week, including rainstorms. I was extremely grateful with how quickly they worked, especially since I have dogs and they were not able to be in the yard for the length of the project. This was definitely a 5 star service. They provided a really extensive bid, really professional. Prices looked good. Because of recommendations from other people, we went with another company. It may be my mistake.

I have been struggling for a few years now with losing water in my pool and I suspected a leak. About 18 months ago I had the pool replastered thinking that would stop any leaks. No luck. Called Integrity Pool Repair. Discussed the pool leak issue with Ann. She was wonderful and took the time to explain to me in detail the different factors that could be causing the water loss. She also explained what the company's leak detection test entailed for the price. Made an appointment. Tom arrived on time and got right to work with his assistant. It was a very thorough test that took several hours of testing. Tom let me know what he was doing along the way. Presto! He found the leak in a return jet where the PVC glue had failed on the pipe inside the plaster. I was happy he found the leak! Tom quoted me a price to repair the leak and explained what had to be repaired. I have not scheduled the repair yet, but I will definitely use this company to fix the leak. Could not be happier with this company's work!

The team from Integrity was great! They sent the Owner and daughter over with the High Tec listening device to personally diagnose the problems, then a separate team of deck diggers and PVC'ers to do the initial repair. The leak was not anywhere near where i thought for sure it was, i was nervous seeing all the jackhammering, but the leaks were exactly where they said they'd be on the other side of the pool. amazing. They fixed two deck leaks, fixed a light conduit, repaired a return valve, pressure tested the whole system and showed me every repair before they filled it in. the last night, the owner came back and worked until night to get the mortar set before it rained. Now my filter pump runs 3X quieter and like new. Before , the pump cavitated and had tons of air. i cant thank the team enought and the did a great job matching the grout color as best could be done. I am a very handy guy and this repair was WAY out of my league. Yo uwont go wrong with Integrity.
