The second time I hired Mr. Gill was for demolition after the Texas winter storm.  He began very professional but in terms of administrative paperwork for our insurance company he was very unprofessional. After the demolition was done and our insurance company and our family received a paid in full receipt for the work, a few days later he demanded more money and he said, *or you can hire another contractor.* After we reluctantly paid him the additional money and received a paid in full receipt, he quit the following week. He left us with several hundred pounds of debris in our home.  He has no formal training or experience in RFP. Homeowners beware. He also demanded to see our bank balance after accepting our payment. Proceed with caution all veterans.

Julian and team did a very good job. They painted bathroom cabinets, doors and casings and put up tile in the shower and fixed a water stain on the ceiling in the master closet. They did what was agreed to, and they finished earlier than expected. They also covered floors and clothes in closet. I was very pleased with the outcome of the job.
