Andres was professional and did excellent, high quality work at a reasonable price. Andres was also happy to assist with aspects of the work that were technically outside of his scope but needed to get done. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.

Andres and his crew do fine work. Andres completed the critical elements of the project on our time table even when he misunderstood when the project needed to be completed. He's very responsive (returned phone calls or text messages usually within 1-2hrs; not sure I could say the same about when he tried to reach us--I can be hard to reach). Time will tell if there is anything notable to address in the build quality here but about one week after the critical component completion we don't have any complaints. We still have a few things to tie up. If there is anything I would recommend to improve, it would be the method of delivery of information. It seemed often we were relying on text message to communicate as opposed to email (which I prefer). Also, it would be helpful to select a streamlined form of payment. Paying in installments of 4, we had more than one problem finding an acceptable way of delivering funds to Andres. (Electronic transfer option was clunky and cumbersome and paper checks sometimes were not accepted by his bank). Sometimes it can be stressful when working with a contractor. Deadlines approach and perspectives of the progress can differ. Andres is EXTREMELY professional. There were a couple times where discussions could have gotten emotional but Andres handled his side of the discussion professionally and respectfully. Taking into consideration that English isn't his native language, its easy to see how a tense situation like that could lead either party to break down. Taking all this into consideration, we would work with Andres at Innova again and most likely will.
