It was okay. I don’t know if I would use them. The estimates they came up with were pretty high. I thought I was going to get a plan drawn out that looked almost like a blue print so I would know but what it was, was some measurements and then dollar amount. In fact I think I had to call them back and ask them how much it was going to cost. They first sent me just a written detail but not really a picture of what they were going to do. I didn’t have any problems with the scheduling, that was fine.

Charles and his team did an amazing job turning our vision for our backyard patio into reality. We are so happy with how it turned out! From day one, Charles was professional, responsive, and enthusiastic. Our plans for the backyard space morphed and evolved as my husand and I considered different ideas and designs, and Charles was patient with us while we took the time to figure out what we really wanted. I feel his pricing is fair for the quality of work. We got several quotes and he was more expensive than some and comparable to others, but we ultimately chose him as our contractor since he emphasized quality of craftsmanship. In talking with him, I felt he would make sure the job was done right and to our complete satisfaction, and that he wouldn't be happy with it unless the quality was there. The job took a little longer than expected, mainly due to weather, but everything went very smoothly. Charles' crew was hard-working and courteous. They took the time to do the work well and didn't cut corners. The pavers were laid beautifully, the ledgestone on the columns, steps, and retaining wall look amazing, and the cedar benches (despite somewhat tricky angles) look awesome. The result is beautiful and worth the price. I would definitely recommend Infinite Construction!

I really don't think I will purchase one of these "deals" again from Angie's List. We really got absolutely nothing for it. I thought we would get a design and that didn't happen. If we would have continued to negotiate our plans with this contractor, maybe it would have led to that. Therefore, my only evaluation is that the contractor was polite, prompt and seemed to have a nice portfolio.

Charles was on time, had a great personality, brought great pictures of his previous work, made good suggestions that fit what I wanted. He was very easy to work with. I am still getting bids so I haven't used them yet but he served the purpose of the visit and what I purchased. He was also very punctual with his bid and responses.

Mr. Teer and his team did an excellent job. Infinite Construction did all the work. Due to my existing roofline they had to do extra work blending in the deck roof. It looks divine and is exactly what I wanted at a reasonable cost. The work crew was reliable and professional. I hardly knew they were in the backyard! I will definitely use Infinite Construction again.

Would have loved to use them. Just too high of bid. Went with another Arated company. This was for a screened in patio.

It went well. We still haven't decided quite what to do about the pergola and patio because of some other circumstances. But we liked his patio ideas and pergola design.

Everything went smoothly, from start to finish. The job was performed on time and in a very professional manner. I made some substantial changes in mid-construction, and Charles accommodated exactly what I wanted and only charged me for the additional work at cost. Overall, they did an excellent job and built exactly what I requested, and for a price that was lower than the competition. Highly recommended!

Plans provided were minimal, lacking detail, and unimpressive.

Charles Teer and his team at Infinite Construction did a magnificent job building our composite deck and cedar pergola. Charles is very creative and was willing to work with us to create the perfect backyard retreat. Charles is great to work with and his workers were dedicated and thorough. Charles was perfect. Professional, creative, and responsive. We are very pleased with Charles and highly recommend his services.

Service was not performed. The wording on the Big Deal was unclear. I was looking for complete and detailed plans and that was not part of the Big Deal that I purchased. The company provided good communication in the brief exchanges we had.

I signed to start building a house and I was looking for a design for my outdoor kitchen. I saw your add and I bought the coupon. I was contacted by Infinity Construction but they need the house ready in order to perform the service. At the end of this week something came up and we are not longer closing on that house. We are going to wait longer before buy a house and was wondering if I can get a refund because in a way or another I cannot take advantage of the deal. Thank you.

When I bought my house the seller put in a deck that 6 months later was falling apart. Charles came out and looked at the area and came up with a plan to put in pavers, a pergola, and fix my drainage problems. He made the design work with our budget and with what my wife wanted (not easy to do!). We got quotes from other companies, but I don't have the confidence in any of them like I do with Charles. Due to other issues we had to delay the project, but still plan on doing it and using Charles.

Went well. Good work, good follow up, good price. Guys cleaned up, good all the way around

Came out to discuss project. Spent a lot of time going over possible layout and various options. Was very professional and courteous. Still considering price quote, not decision at this time.

The estimate was good but they turned out to be expensive.

We are very happy with our outdoor kitchen. Charles was always available by email, text or phone. He promptly returned all of my emails, texts, or phone calls. When the project was completed we were very happy with the results and made our final payment. Charles saw an area that he was not happy with and sent his crew out to fix it, that's going above and beyond.

They didn't have tape measure and had to use one of mine. I had to keep on them to get the design back, and the quotes were extremely expensive. I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them.

Our first meeting with Charles was in May of 2013, having ust moved into a new house and knowing that we wanted to build an outdoor kitchen to compliment the pool and yard. We had scoured through Angie’s list and selected Charles based on the number of ratings, the number of reviewers and the content and context of those reviews. What was really appealing, at least to us,was that everyone said that he was easy to work with and had good ideas and suggestions on layout, material and finishes. Some of the other Contractors who we met with and received quotes from built their kitchen out of cinder block with brick or stone facing. I liked the fact that Charles first constructs a steel frame for the kitchen, and then mounts a and frac34; thick fireproof board on top of that before finishing with stone and granite. Early 2014 we decided to proceed with our pool and started to work with Charles a few weeks later on the design of the Kitchen, making sure that it integrated with the layout of the pool and the yard. Our plan was to go with a large Pergola and an L shaped kitchen and Charles team came out to hand excavate the footings and install the 4 8x8 cedar posts and rebar prior to the pool deck being poured. This was Charles idea and it saved us money later by not having to cut through the concrete deck; it also improved the overall strength of the structure as the rebar from the post footings is now tied into the pool deck. It was about this time that we discovered that the Builders salesman who had told us ‘we would not be able to extend the house once it was completed’ was incorrect and that we could extend the house roofline out over the proposed kitchen. We called Charles, explained what we had discovered and asked if we could change the design from a Pergola to a full covered outdoor kitchen/bar with a roofline tied into the house. The tricky part was to incorporate the 4 8 x8 cedar posts that we had already installed into the design. Within 48 hours we had agreed the new design and pricing and Charles had submitted it to the HOA for approval. Once approved Construction started, working with Charles was a breath of fresh air compared to some other contractors we have dealt with, particularly the pool builder! We liked the fact that he promptly responded to telephone calls, e-mails and texts, sometimes he was busy and couldn’t answer our questions immediately but he always let us know that was the case and always followed up later that day or the next day. We did have a couple of bumps in the road, not unexpected on a Project of this size and mainly created by us making last minute changes. We worked through those as they came up and Charles kept us apprised of any cost and schedule impact. The Infinite Construction team finished the Kitchen last week (June 2014) and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Not only does it look great it’s extremely functional and everyone that sees it just says ‘Wow’. Charles was not the cheapest bid, nor was he the most expensive (when we initially bid the work it was for a pergola and kitchen, we ended up building substantially more than that) however, his attention to detail, no compromise approach to quality and ability to work with us to design and build our dream kitchen far outweighs any differences in pricing. I must also add that Charles takes great pride in his work and wants to ensure that you are happy with the final product. Thanks Charles for building our dream kitchen for us. John and Kathy

Charles was very good about helping us come up with ideas for how we could build a pergola that would follow the existing patio which is curved. The crew came when they said the would, stayed on my job until it was complete. I also liked that they kept the workplace tidy so we could still use our pool during the building process. Additionally, Charles was checking up on the crew and making sure the job was completed correctly and on time. We would DEFINITELY recommend Infinite Construction!

We found the contractor very responsive, thorough and timely. He made numerous suggestions to correct a previous contractors short comings. We were extremely satisfied with the results, and feel fortunate to have found him.

Mr. Teer was very polite and professional, I like to thank him for provide me all the inputs and estimates. We just don't want the project done at this time.
