I declined service. Even after a "discount" offered but let's face it, a discount on something I felt was over priced to begin with doesn't give a positive impression unless it was a 75% discount. I understand vendor's need to make a profit but when they quote a range that is about 5 times what I paid with someone else a couple of years ago, I shop else where.

Provided good quality firewood. We had to go there but they loaded the wood.

I spoke with Tyler to arrange the delivery of a half cord of Pinon firewood. Due to the weather and demand, I was given one week lead time for delivery. I also requested a firewood rack, and Tyler suggested that I purchase the Half Cord Plus rack as it held a bit more wood. Tyler called back two days later to confirm delivery date, less than one week. Tyler arrived within the delivery window (1 hour), assembled the rack and ensured it was leveled. They loaded up the rack with the Pinon firewood, all split and aged. He measured (height, width and depth) the stack of wood. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away the trash.
