I don't think they charged us for the installation. They are high but they do a good job. They installed our home theater, speakers and everything but that's several years ago but they've come out several times. We had a problem with out DVD player, it took a while but they figured it out. So they really worked on the problem until they solved it. They are good about solving everything.

Thank you for providing feedback. Typically our prices are the manufacturer's suggested price for products and comparable to big box stores for installation. The benefit is that our technicians are more specialized and highly trained to handle a variety of products and projects. We also include a warranty on all of our work, so when there are problems with equipment, we often don't charge extra for taking care of those issues, even when the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover a service call. Locally owned businesses that handle this type of work and have locations to demonstrate the products and systems are almost non-existent in the Houston area anymore. We pride ourselves on 15 years of business and while we may not be the absolute cheapest when it comes to installation, we definitely try to be the best. Thanks again for being a customer and taking the time to write about us. We look forward to being able to serve you in the future.
