 + -1 moreHorrible - Savant is worthless - needs to be rebooted at least weekly. The support line is not a support line - just an answering service. Very frustrating when you are told you are buying the top of the line system and get a horrible product from a provider with poor service.

Performed full system check, reset all components and assisted in providing further instruction on aspects of the system synchronization steps. I've been a customer for almost 5 years and have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
