I N FLOORING SERVICES

Called Steven Neal for an estimate to install laminate flooring in my dining and living room. He came out the next day and looked at both rooms and gave me an estimate. I searched for the Mannington laminate we already had in the den, but was unable to find any myself in the areas I searched in Houston. Mr. Neal had said he could probably help me find the laminate if I could not, or something similar. I sent an email to him requesting assistance in finding the laminate. He did respond via email saying he thought he could find something. Never heard from him again.

We bought a condo unit that had a very nice laminate flooring There were carpets int the bedrooms. We wanted to replace the carpets with laminate floors and requested from the sellers the info on the Laminate Floor Specialist they hired. That is how we met Steven Neal. The process took 2 months because we were going back and for with the extents of remodeling we wanted to perform. Steven was very kind and professional during the process. When we finally decided, it went very fast. He removed the carpets, found us the perfect match for the floors, something that was not easy in my experience, took many trips to accomplish and performed the work to our entire satisfaction. He is an accomplished professional and an extremely nice human being.
