 + -1 moreIt went well from start to finish. The appt. was easy to make, he was on time, imagine that, was not rushed to go to another appointment and spent the time here that I would expect was needed to do a thorough job.
Description of Work: Tom is one of the best AC guy I have ever had. Why he stands out is his explanations of what he is doing and has done. He did a n AC %Heater service call. He expressed his concerns after finishing the check up leaving me with a knowledge of what to be aware of.
