 + -1 moreVery well. Randall called me back quickly and came when he said he would. He checked and double checked everything and then spent the time explaining what he had done and made recommendations to keep it from happening again. This is the second time I've called Randall for a plumbing issue and he's going to be my first call for any in the future.
Description of Work: The AC drain line was clogged up and leaking.

 + -1 more-The owner arrived on time and assessed the situation. I could tell right away that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Since my indoor plumbing lines are 39 year old galvanize pipe, the owner said that he could not guarantee that I would not have other leaks and he proceeded to point out numerous other spots where the pipe was corroding. He strongly suggested that I consider having the plumbing lines re-piped. He does not perform that type of work but with my asking, he made some suggestions. Since he was not pushing one company over the others, I felt his suggestions were ethical and not self-serving. He was here about half a day and I thought his overall performance was excellent and I should I need his services again, I will not hesitate to call him.
Description of Work: Repaired leak in old galvanize water line. Also, dug up and replaced a portion of the water service line that enters into the house from the street. Since the old outside shut-off valve was almost shot, he also removed and replaced that.

 + -1 moreVery prompt and assessed the situation quickly. Took some time to fix the faucet I had but then explained the reason replacing it would be more economical. Had the same problem with the shower and will be replacing those faucets this week. Prompt, professional, lots of tricks in his bag to solve lots of problems.
Description of Work: Mr. Miller tackled a problem that other plumbers could not solve. He replaced a frozen sink valve and will be replacing a frozen shower faucet.

 + -1 moreIt went extremely well. Mr. Miller was always on time, kept us informed of progress, scheduled around our required times, and always explained our options. He's very good about giving you a homeowner's perspective: Is this worth repairing, or should it be replaced? What would he do if it were his house? Is a an expensive fixture going to last any longer than a cheaper one, or are you just paying for looks? Mr. Miller has been our and quot;go toand quot; plumber for the last 15 years whether it's our house or a rental property. We've used a couple of other plumbers for a couple of projects and frequently regretted it later - either in terms of cost, or shoddy workmanship. Glad to see he's on Angie's List!

 + -1 moreI called on Thursday afternoon and left a voice message for Mr. Miller. He promptly returned my call and we made an appointment for 11 am the following day. He called half an hour before our appointment to confirm he would be on time and he was here as scheduled. Mr. Miller was communicative, tidy, thorough, and efficient. My problems are fixed and I am a happy I will absolutely call Huntwick Plumbing in the future.
Description of Work: Mr. Miller stopped leaks I was experiencing under two sinks (and educated me on how to fix it myself in the future!) and repaired a leaky toilet tank.

 + -1 moreI thought he was very affordable. He said he really didn't like doing caulking but said he would do it for me anyway. He finished everything in very little time. We have had no further trouble with the toilets not flushing right.
Description of Work: I had the toilet tank kit replaced in two toilets. I also had the shower re-caulked.

 + -1 moreSince the was a rental property and my tennants had house guest coming I had to quickly find someone and we had to coordinate schedules with the tennant and the billing. Huntwick Plumbing was quick, cooperative and had great follow-up communication. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
Description of Work: Clogged upstairs bath tub in rental property. Had to take a machine up in the attic to flush a significant clog.

 + -1 moreOverall, I was very pleased with my new kitchen faucet and was cleaning the sink area as Randall was departing. He's very nice, friendly and I'm glad I checked Angie's List for his name. He's coming tomorrow to reset 3 toilets, so I'll write another report. I haven't needed a plumber since I've lived here, but I think I found the one! Randall is very professional, and is in business for himself. He's very accommodating. He even called ahead to make sure I was on schedule for the toilets. He informs you every step of the way.
Description of Work: I needed a plumber to install a kitchen faucet because the space under the sink was really tight, and my husband didn't want to attempt it. I called Randall Miller/Huntwick Plumbing and he returned my call promptly. We set a time for him to come to my home. He showed up a day early to check on resetting toilets (tomorrow's job) to see if he needed any supplies. I had purchased the kitchen faucet and asked if he had time to install it for me. He said he could do that today, and come back tomorrow to set the toilets since the tile guys were putting in the grout. He quoted me a price for the faucet and when I agreed, he went to his truck for his toolbox. He spread out a sheet and started to work at the sink. Thankfully, I didn't wait for my husband since Randall is a Master Plumber and said it was a tight space with deep sinks and it was a bear to work with. I was very pleased with the install and paid him for his work today.

 + -1 moreLando Miller does a lot of different things for us, but the most recent was unclogging our sewer line. He is fast, energetic, friendly and polite. A neighbor referred him to us, and he does excellent work. His prices are reasonable, and I've referred him to other people. I will not use another plumber because Lando Miller is the best.
