HUNTER PEST CONTROL

I have used Hunter Pest Control for close to 30 years. It’s a wonderful family owned business that has stayed in the family, now Passed on to their son. Any employee, in addition to the owners, that have come out to my home, have been professional, respectful and just down to earth good folks. They do a great job and they stand behind their work.

I tried to get a refund because they didn't perform a service that works. I went back to the location and they didn't even tell me they moved. They seemed like they were either high or drunk when I talk to them. I just wanted the job done with the right chemicals and the bait they put out was gray bait. They come out for about 4 minutes at a time and obviously that is not enough time to fix the problem. I have had them out 4 times now and they didn't even show up on the 5th.

This is the second time Jack has done a termite inspection for us. I have never seen a termite inspection as thorough as his. He is meticulous. He gave us a thorough report, which was also educational. He is professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.

They came highly recommended. They showed up on time, they were very thorough and very pleasant. They were very quick with their report.

They are very capable. I've had them come out a number of times and I'd certainly have them again.

I really like them because they explain everything to me. If I see anything in between their visits, they come right out which I what I like. I like that they send the same person out every time. He's a young man and he does a really good job. He explains everything to me and tells me what he's done. He's very knowledgeable. I found them myself and I've been using them for four years now. I will use their services again in the future.

Jesse Nugent arrived right on time, (along with my inspector), and right away it was evident how friendly and knowledgeable he is. He has a very easygoing manner and was happy to point out the termite tubes while giving me an impromptu lesson on termites. He also pointed out a couple of other pests and explained how they contributed damaging houses. I chose to end the inspection early (1 hr. vs. the normal 4) after learning from my inspector of multiple major issues with the house, in addition to the active termite infestation in the garage that Mr. Nugent had identified. Like my inspector, Mr. Nugent offered to discount his fee since the entire inspection hadn't been performed. We are still looking for a house, and when we find one I will definitely use Hunter Pest Control for not only the inspection, but for any maintenance as well. Their friendliness, professionalism, and thoroughness cannot be beat!
