+ -1 moreWHEN I CAME TO HOWARD SAFE & LOCK TO REPLACE AN OLD DEADBOLT FROM MY BACK DOOR, THE EMPLOYEES KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED FROM MY BRIEF DESCRIPTION. THEY HAD A REPLACEMENT LOCK IN STOCK AND WERE ABLE TO RE-KEY IT FOR ME IN MINUTES. THEY ALSO STOCK MANY HARD TO FIND KEY BLANKS.
Description of Work: I HAD A DEADBOLT LOCK THAT I HAD ALSO PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY. RE-KEYED TO MATCH ANOTHER LOCK AND I ALSO HAD SEVERAL KEYS CUT DURING THE VISIT.
