+ -1 morePlumber was paid in full. I had my whole house updated with the pex plumbing. There have been several issues with the plumbing. The contractor does not respond to my inquires. I had 2 plumbers come inspect the work and both told me I overpaid for the work performed and that the incorrect pex material was used.

+ -1 moreAs much as we would like to work with Houston Premier Plumbing, it is difficult to make a positive recommendation when the company was paid in full and they would not provide any information following. My experience with this person has been entirely negative and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Houston Premier Plumbing/ JR Rufio Ayala was hired to take care of a few plumbing issues. JR Rufio was paid in full. After the job was completed and notified by a contractor that not everything was complete that we paid for we asked for a Description of work rendered and he would not send a receipt or a description of services rendered. When asked multiple times he replied that he would not provide us with the information asked for and told us to "make all the complaints you want."
