+ -1 moreHe showed up on the day that was scheduled (which was a positive sign) to replace the lights. I turned the lights on one time for 10 seconds to make sure they worked and they turned on. The next time I turned them on (about 2 weeks later), they immediately went out. After several tries, I managed to reach the technician and discussed what happened. His first comment was "I am sure it was not anything I did." I asked him to come back and see if he could figure out what went wrong and he said he would call me back and now simply won't take the call. Seems like a nice enough guy but I don't think he really has the experience represented on the website. They definitely don't warranty their work. By all appearances this is really a one-man shop run out of the back of an old car -- not an actual company with multiple technicians. I could be wrong but since they (he) doesn't return calls I would not trust him to work on my pool again.
Description of Work: Replaced light in spa and pool.

+ -1 moreI just described it above. It did not go well overall...stretching a one day job over more than seven days.
Description of Work: Contracted to remove winter pile up of leaves and clean the pool one time. Andrew came out and removed most of the leaves and as this was probably a Thurs or Friday said he would be back on the following Monday to see how the Polaris was cleaning. He did not return...I called several times...then after a full week he called back or sent an email; that the week got away from him. I just wanted him to finish cleaning the pool as he had been paid. He had previously completely dismantled my automatic chlorinator..(Now I have algae in the pool)...he hustled me to repair a leaking Polaris pump...I just wanted him to complete the cleaning job that he started. I would have paid him to repair the Chlorinator but he finally came out and finished cleaning the pool and left. He stretched that cleaning job over more than a week and never called or came by that entire week until I began writing emails and leaving messages. When he finally agreed to come back out he made an appointment and was over 2 hours late for even that appointment. He was angry and just had an awful attitude. I will never pay anyone in full unless they complete the work at the time. He left a bid to do more work and the bid was open ended meaning he left open extra charges for items that clearly could have been determined at the time of the bid. In my opinion he was obviously not punctual nor professional.

+ -1 moreI am two months in, and their team has been punctual, professional and really shown an interest in providing quality pool care. They quickly identified some imbalances in the pool that were causing problems and have the solutions underway.
Description of Work: I have contracted with the pool people for weekly pool maintenance, which includes cleaning, chemicals treatment and monitoring.
