I emailed Houston Piano Company through their website; they responded quickly; they asked for me to send a couple of photos of the piano, which I did; he told me he could give me $400; I agreed; we arranged a date for pickup; the person who came to pick up the piano man-handled it by himself; I signed a document; he gave me $400 cash. I was happy and now I have more space in my house.
