The Tech was great (Luis) very knowable and honest. All was great until the end when we were handed a bill for $80 service call. I was not home at the time but my in Laws were and could not afford to pay this, so the office call me to get there money. The lady I spoke with started out nice and explained that no one these day comes out for free estimates. When I explained to here there was not mention about a service fee on there website or on Angie's list, so how was i to expect a fee. I use to work for Binswanger Glass and we would send out estimator all the time for Free Estimates, that is part of doing business. If you are going to charge a service fee you must explain this in the very beginning, not after you send someone out and then leave it up to your tech to handle. I can not speak on there work but I can say they need some better communication from there front office.
