Jayson was very responsive, his price was reasonable and his crew was incredibly efficient. The roof looks great and we are very happy. We would definitely hire him again.

After just one year the brand new roof has started leaking. The owner of the buisness rarely answers calls, has never once came out to our house to perform warrenty service (or even to look at the problem). Roof is well within warrenty period, he will not honor the warrenty. Beware of this roofer.

It was difficult to get them to show me up-to-date insurance documents prior to starting the job, but eventually they did. There was some confusion about what shingles were delivered for installation, as some of them didn't seem to match, but eventually the correct matching ones were brought over. Some extra rafter work needed to be done, which as expected, incurred some extra costs compared to the quote. However, at no point did they discuss with me how much extra the work would cost, and just tacked an extra value for materials and labor at the very end. When I asked to see receipts, they could only produce some of them, and while I was charged for extra lumber than what they used on my house, they took it away with them to use on another job instead of leaving it with me when I'm the one who paid for it. The crew was very professional and kept the demo of the old roof fairly clean. I would use the crew again. The end result looks good and hasn't had any leaks, and it was a good value at the end of the day, but I would definitely keep an eye out if using this company.

After asking the estimator several questions about how the work was going to be performed, he admitted to me that he wasn't sure. I choose the next low bidder.

First i have to say, getting roofers in Houston to return calls, show up for appointments, get estimates back to you, and do professional work is a nightmare. This was no less than the 6th roofing company we tried to have repair our roof. Some missed appointments, others inspected the roof but failed to send an estimate, and another gave an estimate but never returned calls to schedule the work. Houston Heights Roofers were SO much more helpful and professional and I'm really glad I gave them my business. I just wish I'd started with them. From first contact, Jayson seemed more attentive and eager to earn my business. He explained the materials he was recommending (T.P.O.) and was clear about the pros and cons. He gave good advice and a great estimate and I was happy to have him do the work. We had some rain delay the installation a few days but when it cleared the crew came in and did the work in two days. Looks great and improves the value of the home. On inspection a few months later, the inspector cited a few tiny details in a few of the roof attachments, otherwise the roof installation was done very well and I am happy with it. Great product, great service, great job. I highly recommend Houston Heights Roofers.

They did what they said they would do. They gave me an estimate and told me when the guys should be here to do the work. They arrived right on time, they did their job and finished it in one day. Cleaned up everything after themselves. The roof looks great.
