When they came out I paid them to come out and they told me that it was not repairable and that I would need a new piece. When he came back out they had the wrong size. He then told me that I would have to go out and get the piece myself and have to pay for both.
Description of Work: They came out to repair my microwave. The sub contractor was Optimal Services.
