+ -1 moreOpted to go with FP, even though it's a higher service fee deductible, because they were reputable. Far too uncomfortable to use this company.
Description of Work: Contacted this provider to service a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and it was a shady experience. They aren't licensed by Fisher Paykel (FP has their own tech network in Houston you coordinate through them) and serve as a dispatcher of sorts. They list no physical address (and won't provide one over the phone), have no website or reviews to check their work, and require a deposit paid over the phone before the service call (I'm used to paying the deposit at the service call). Just a very uncomfortable experience.
