+ -1 moreThey do very good work. They've done good work for me before. I'm quite happy with them. The price is reasonable. They're prompt. No problems. I like that it was prompt, particularly with all the work in Houston after the flood. They were prompt, efficient, pleasant. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, how things worked. I don't see anything to improve on. I haven't gotten the bill yet. I am just guessing what the price is going to be.
Description of Work: They furnished and installed two hospital grade receptacles.

+ -1 moreI had to take the afternoon off work to be home for the estimator. 90 minutes after the set time, no electrician, no phone call. I called Empire to determine what the status was of my appointment. another hour later, I got a phone call that the estimator had "forgotten his clipboard" so that is why I missed a half day of work and still have unassessed electrical problems with my home. Horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Description of Work: I needed an estimate for assessment and repair of electrical problems occurring in relation to Harvey.
