small appliance repair
+ -1 moreI purchased new stand up refrigerator when I got it home and plugged it in it would not work. I called service the took two weeks to come check unit. Said control board was bad had to order new board. New board came in it took another 10 days for service to come out and install. Once installed the unit still would not work as it was discovered a second part was bad. Tech ordered new part this time it took 10 days for new part to arrive. Once part arrived it took another 7 days for service to come out. Service came out to install part. Once part second part once installed it was discovered the second part that was bad actually fried the first part that was installed 2 weeks before. Now Tech reorders the first part for the second time. Part comes in this time in 2 days. I call schedule repair this time I only have to wait 5 days except this time Tech does not even come! As I type this review I'm on hold with Electrolux trying to determine when they will show up!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: I purchased new stand up refrigerator that when I got it home and plugged it in it would not work. I called service group scheduled appointment and the fun began.
