+ -1 moreI called this place in an emergency because I had important work on a USB memory stick needing data retrieval that day. A Mexican woman answered the phone and told me it would be a 200$ fee for emergencies. She gave me the run around and said a 600$ fee. I handed the phone to my boyfriend and he said the fee was okay with us if they could confirm that it would be done. (Btw their site says if they can't fix it there is no fee) She rudely said "then go somewhere else" and HUNG UP on us. I'm completely repulsed by this company and a warning to everyone: don't use this company.
