This was a total Bait & Switch operation!! (at least for the coupon deal) After some research the company operates under many different names with slight variations to the names. The same 2 contacts Stacy Walzt and David White show up as the company contacts at a common address 2323 S. Voss Rd, Hou, Tx. Numerous similar customer complaints under their various company names. They told us we had mold in our vents (We do NOT) so they needed to do some special remediation and cleaning for $1,249 approx or replace all 15 of our air ducts & tubing for approx. $4,900. When asked if they could perform the services of the living social coupon they said, Yes. Stacy told me over the phone the job lasts about 1 hour. Gabriel and Tom drug their hose in our home, up into the attic & back out again in 8 mins. Then, while one kept us occupied in our home, the other was outside on the side of our home filling up a tank full of water. The hose was spread out in our yard with the nozel removed. I called Stacy about an hour after they left and told her they did not perform the services we paid for and as far as we were concerned they had just stolen from us. She said she would contact the guys and call me back. I haven't heard a word back from any of them. They gave me paperwork and a business card with the following names.
