Very prompt, responsive and thorough. Included primary inspection, termite inspection, sprinkler system inspection and septic inspection. Report was detailed with photos and delivered in 24 hours.

Our experiences with Sweet Home Inspectors was wonderful. We had to accept a shorter option period, so we were in a rush to find a reputable home inspector, termite inspector, and possibly someone who could do thermal imaging. It only took a call to Sweet Home Inspectors to let us know that we could get all three in one technician! Russell showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work. I was on site for the 3.5hr inspection and saw Russell going into unbelievable detail into his sleuthing, note-taking, and photo capturing. He was cordial and later proved to be easy-going and willing to show and explain various things he found that were especially concerning to him. My wife and our realtor joined us 3hrs into the inspection for a full tour of the premises where Russell pointed out all problematic areas of the home, potential termite issues, and even demonstrated hidden issues with the home's construction and plumbing by using thermal imaging. We received an incredibly detailed, 44-page report for the <2k sq ft home later that night that included photos and thermal images of all issues. A fair price for such insight, quality of work, and peace of mind.

I'm buying the house so it went well enough. George definitely took the mystery out of the big unknowns, in a gentle non-reactive way. Thank you so much for that George. The inspection went great. David Moore was the inspector, and he was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. The written report was very detailed and well-organized. I will use the written report to make follow-on repairs. This inspection was not inexpensive but worth the money. I would definitely use them again.

Went well. Found a few issues but easy fixes. This was a pre inspection to selling our home. Upfront about what other inspectors may or may not ding on their own report. Would use again!

I got a coupon through Angies list that included termite insp. . The Inspector Jerry Arnold arrived on time and was very professional. The inspector was kind enough to explain what he was putting on his report and we did a walk around the house and Jerry would point out whatever he see is a concern. The report was also detailed with photos and explanation.

It went fine. I paid extra for a roof inspection via pictures from a drone. Cool but they need to lower the price point on that item I think.

From my first contact to the completed report I was most impressed with Sweet Home Inspectors. Scheduling was easy, the team (separate inspectors for termite and structural) arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection. The detailed report arrived within 24 hours. David Sweet was my inspector and he was detailed and knowledgeable--most helpful to me in evaluating my potential home purchase. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends!

Inspector showed up on time and conducted the inspection. The inspector was nice and explained the issues to me. The inspector did not deliver the report on time. I had to track down the inspector through his company to get his cell phone to obtain the report. Once I looked over the report, I noticed an important issue was not documented. I then had to track down the inspector once again to request he revise and include the omitted portion of the report. It was disappointing that I had to keep contacting the inspector just to get the correct report. Not longer than a month had gone by when we had major issues with one of our water heaters. I contacted Sweet Home Inspectors and was able to speak with the owner of the company. I explained what happened, and he essentially told me they would not do anything about the water heater. I asked for some kind of refund or allowance to pay for the water heater repair, but he refused.

The inspector was on time, He answered the many questions I had and found several issues that I had not spotted during my previous walk through. Before leaving the inspector took the time to discuss his findings in detail with me. I received the written inspection report later that same day.I was able to get the seller to do all the necessary repairs using the information the inspector had provided me.

Russell did a great job during the inspection. He walked us through the different aspects of the inspection, explained the city code, and even gave us recommendation for house maintenance. Highly recommended!

We needed to have our home inspection done ASAP before our option period expire. They schuedled for next day, They showed up on time and completed their inspection as scheduled. We received the final report in the afternoon. . They were knowledgable and perofesional. Sweet home inspector of texas provided us with a 20 page report complete, clear with photos and summery. I would recomend them to everyone buying a home and will use them again if i need inspector in the future.

Not as I was expecting. The inspection process was not thorough, in my opinion everyone else would have been able to do the same work, it was very short and they just performed some visual inspection. For instance to inspect the plumbing they just ran water for a few moments... or to inspect foundation they just shut some doors and reopened them...

Mike over at Sweet Home Inspectors was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to any questions/concerns I had. He gives it to you straight and is willing to offer advice with his prior experiences. I would absolutely hire this company and specifically ask for Mike.

He even took the time to teach us about our new home! A few days after the inspection was completed, we David a call to cross-check some of the things our builder told us, and he happily answered those questions for us, which we appreciated! Inspection went very well. The inspector was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He pointed out potential future problems areas; areas where the design met minimum standards, but could have been done better; and explained why other items that looked concerning were really not. He also pointed out potential areas areas of investment to improve the property efficiently.
