The owner himself has been involved and met with us.. We've locked in a 3 year maintenance plan with them.

It was great, pricing was good, have used them for the past 25 years. excellent responsiveness and professionalism.

My appointment was scheduled for today at 8:30am and at 10:30am they still hadn?t arrived, so I called them to see if they were still coming out. The person that I spoke to said that since the weather was bad, they weren?t going to make it out that morning, but if the weather cleared up then they would come out this afternoon. At 12:30pm the weather had cleared up, so I gave them a call and they told me that they were going to call me back, to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon, and they never did. I have tried calling them several times and they never pick up or return my calls.

Called THEM after 8:00 am and dispatch promised a tech before noon (who didn't arrive) and mentioned all techs were scheduled for an all-afternoon training so no one could come after noon. Promised a tech would come after 5:00, however, and she'd call me with a status report. It's almost 6:00 pm - 19 hours later. No one in the office, no status call, no returned calls and no techs. Is there such a thing as F-?

They have been great and I have been very pleased. They call to advise me when the maintenance is needed to schedule appointments. I am on a monthly fee with them

After complaining, the owner came to my home and authorized his tech to correct the issues I had. At this time everything is working fine. It was an awful experience and I would not want them at my home again. There is not enough space here to go into all the details but besides the out right lying about the rebates, Reliant credits, tax credits etc... the original installation work done was terrible.
