Great! I knew Fred before the job. Fred is a man of Christian character and very professional. I would have no problem leaving him alone in the house. Great, fast work and thoughtful advice and explanations. Small job and difficult to find someone. Fred made sure it was done right and treated the job as important as his other projects.

I cannot express to you how satisfied I am with this project. Fred House of House face lifts is the most wonderful and skilled craftsman I have had the pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and keeping me informed as the project progressed is top notch. He finished on time and under budget !! The above is a fair list of the work done by Fred and his teams. There is more that will come to mind, but needless to say, it was a substantial job. Fred was able to provide me with the most detailed estimate of all the contractors that we spoke to. He was knowledgeable and provided sound advice before the job started. We went with Fred above others because he was credible and he was recommended to us, even though he was not the least expensive option. Throughout the job, Fred was prompt and meticulous. He took great pains to protect our home during the heavy work that went on. Fred continued to give us excellent advice throughout the project and aided us in making important decisions. He provided a schedule for us that told us when jobs would be completed and worked hard to keep the jobs on track so as not to inconvenience us. If he fell behind schedule, he worked late or on weekends to catch up. His attention to detail and his excellent contract vendors resulted in a beautiful job that we can't stop looking at every day. Fred and his team finished on-budget and early. In addition, he came back when we noticed a couple of minor things that weren't perfect and he fixed them right away. He was patient and tolerant with every little question we had and every change we made along the way. Besides the downpayment on our home, this was the largest financial outlay that my wife and I had ever made. We were understandably reluctant to take on such a big project, but Fred earned our trust right away and now we think it's one of the best investments we've ever made. While he was at our home each day, he was part of the family and he treated our home like it was his own. I would recommend his services without hesitation to my most discerning friend.

He came out took a lot of measurment. Said he was going to work up the #'s and never heard back from the guy.
